The staff here is the absolute best! I know beyond a shadow of a doubt there is no better clinic because this place has the trifecta * Dr Brazzell *Courtney and definitely *Melissa...my strong foundation. I work my own recovery but I know they truly care and a phone call away if I need them! Please don't delay...call them! They have lived experience and will be the first to tell you "me too" Life is too short- they are ready to help you find a solution instead of misery

No Dr means no meds
The Nurse Practitioner Hanna seen my 3 year old son, she was very patient with him and made sure all of my questions were thoroughly answered. I know it can be a struggle with small kids when they are scarred, but she did amazing with him and made sure to give him a sticker when we left!
I had an appointment, I was nervous about. My nurse name was Tabitha Pastor; she was so nice. She calmed my nerves and reassured me that I was in the best of care with KYCare south. I want to thank her for all her kindness and allowing me to feel comfortable. She’s the best!

Front desk propels are not that friendly or helpful. Just bare minimum. No customer service at all.
