This place is special, it’s different from other treatment centers. The whole staff takes your health seriously and goes beyond their job descriptions. Jason and Heather Powers bring a unique style to the groups they facilitate, and they both really helped me grow and heal. On top of that, it’s a very comfortable house with great accommodations. I’m grateful that I found this place.

Coming to LA Wellness is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The staff goes above and beyond. Going through an extremely rough time, they made sure I felt safe and cared for, and their compassion is so genuine. The facilitators and the entire care team were fantastic. LA Wellness taught me valuable tools and offered after care to help me navigate life after treatment. I 101% recommend this place.

I’m truly blessed to have come to LA Wellness. At one of the lowest points in my life, I was stranded in LA with nothing. No phone. No support. No plan. And nowhere to go. As an addict desperate for help, I felt completely alone. Out of pure desperation, I searched online and found their number. It was a Sunday, when everyone was off, but they still answered my call. That moment felt like a miracle. They acted fast, brought me in with open arms, gave me clean clothes, food, and shoes, and made me feel like a human being again. They reminded me that support and care still exist in this world. Heather and Jason are incredible facilitators. The moment I stepped into group with them, I knew they were special. Their wisdom, guidance, and perspective completely shifted the way I see life. Being in group therapy with them was a life-changing experience. They taught me lessons that went beyond recovery. Lessons about myself. My choices. And how to approach life with clarity and purpose. The clinical team is top notch, and Dr Mesa took care of all my needs, helping me become healthier than I have ever been. Alasun, the director, is a true gem. Her energy and care made my stay easier and far more positive than I ever expected. Chef Jose’s food was amazing 😋 He puts love into every dish ¡Mucho Amor! ❤️🍽 and made the experience feel even more special. I’m grateful for everyone who came through when I needed them the most. Their quick action and care reminded me that support exists when you’re willing to reach for it. Best place I have been too and I have gone through many the staff and everything about this place is amazing I didn’t even wanna leave it’s so beautiful here

My experience at LA Wellness Home was better than most of my other experiences at other detox/residentials. The staff treated me with respect and dignity. I felt safe while at this treatment center and felt comfortable. However, I feel that when I spoke to the doctor that works for LA Wellness Home he was not fully listening to my needs and continued to dismiss my needs and concerns. It felt like when I spoke to him everything I was saying to him was going in one ear and out of the other. He didn’t even try to come to a compromise with me, he just did whatever he wanted to without taking my opinion or concerns into account at all. But besides that I had a good experience here and the nurses and techs treated me with respect and genuinely listened to me unlike the doctor.

LA Wellness was a great experience with attentive staff, educational groups and fun all in one. I had a Great time learning about my recovery and all the prevention towards it thank you La Wellness
