Lifeline Connections’ Crisis Wellness Center in Vancouver, Washington, offers short-term crisis stabilization for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises. Services are available 24/7, ensuring immediate support for those in need. Comprehensive Crisis Care The Crisis Residential Services serve as an alternative to hospitalization, offering a supportive setting where patients actively participate in treatment planning, promoting empowerment and resilience. Additionally, the Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA) Inpatient program is a 16-bed unit providing behavioral health services to individuals detained on a mental health or substance use disorder involuntary hold. Referrals to the ITA program are made by Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs), who have the authority to detain individuals in crisis.

My girlfriend was turned away after being promised a bed she is an addict and had the paperwork from a detox facility they bought her an Uber to the hospital to get medically cleared and told if she was they promised a bed she got cleared and then told the nurse practitioner went behind and rejected her less than 24 hours later she tried to take her life I don't know about the rest of people out there but usually people experiencing these things are gonna be addicts and to turn them away when they had paperwork from a detox and then being medically cleared like asked by the hospital to be turned away is disgusting and disturbing
