I need my medication and you dont help, help the patients walking in not schedule appointments right when you go to lunch everyday.

Lifespring is my authorized representative for fssa. I have lost benefits twice now because lifespring will only ask for part of the required info that fssa asks for now and again. I send what's requested everytime and when I lose my benefits and have to call fssa, they tell me there are more forms I needed that lifespring never mentioned. But they do confirm that I sent what lifespring told me to send. So, for the second time, my case has been closed because of thier incompetence. I cant afford not to have food money. I make very little and it's not livable. They dont do thier jobs in any capacity.

I have had severe anxiety and depression my whole life. I was referred here by Dr. Mohammad and it was the worst place for me! They are rude, if your lucky enough to get a medication it's only what doesn't work. I have a Genesight test to show i can't take the antidepressants she wanted to give me so now my quality of life has been little to nothing because of this place not helping me. I don't understand how they stay in business. Their therapist Cocoa will only give you medicine you can't take or you don't get any medicine at all, how is that fair to the patient that waited for months to get in suffering all the way. Oh yeah and here's another kicker, I passed my drug test and I'm not red flagged, so why am I not able to get the medications I've needed and had for years until now? Our health care is the worst in New Albany and this place is part of the problem. We need to restart all the medical care in this area. It's mostly people self medicating which is against my religion so I feel like my Christianity has been affected by all of this also. God put medicine here for a reason, where is it all going to if the doctors won't let the patients have what their God given body isn't getting it? Why is my insurance company paying for visits that end in me being my own doctor?

I wish I could give 0 stars. We took my 8 year old daughter in to her appointment where she was diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. There was a follow-up appointment to discuss medication options. After that, my husband showed up to pick up the diagnosis paperwork and the front desk people told him he needed to call in for that. So, we tried to call in REPEATEDLY to get paperwork on the diagnosis. We probably called 10 times. Most of the time, no one would answer. I would leave a voicemail and no one would call me back. When I finally talked to someone, they told me I needed to talk to the therapist. So they'd transfer me, I'd get her voicemail, and then no one would call me back. The last person told me I needed to schedule an appointment to get that info from the therapist. So I scheduled the appointment for their earliest time (which was about 1.5 months out). I get off work early, show up to the appointment, and they tell me she's no longer a client and has been canceled out of the system because she hasn't been seen in over 6 months. WHICH WAS THEIR FAULT. And even so, why were we not notified? Why were we even allowed to schedule an appointment if that was the case? They said if we want to reinstate her as a client, we need to go through the entire process again including refilling out all the paperwork and attending the initial meetings. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & ENERGY. I'm appalled at the incompetence of the front office staff. UPDATE: I had to mail in a certified letter with a formal complaint. We were finally directed to the right place, which is apparently a separate office in Jeffersonville that holds the medical records. I was told the New Albany office on Grant Line Rd is under new management and has been having issues. Skip the hassle. Try Charlestown Rd or Jeffersonville locations instead.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! Today's date is 10/10/24 and I just caught the people in the lobbys office mocking and talking crap about patients that come there for their services!! My blood is BOILING I'm so mad right now. They're rude, and unprofessional! They do NOT need to be working there!!!!

The office staff at this location is the most unprofessional I have ever experienced! You should seriously consider professional training for every one of them! I understand the pay is crap but you are choosing this job I should not hear your personal conversations with each other or with other patients so loudly that I can't ignore you if I even wanted to! This is a mental health office not the streets! Hold your employees accountable to certain standards!

Extremely disrespectful staff. If you wish to get help for mental health do not stop here. The person who scheduled my appointment was dismissive and could not answer a simple question about their practice. The front desk was incredibly rude and entirely unhelpful. Save yourself the headache.
