I've been taking my son here for psychiatry/ADHD diagnoses and medication for several months. It's been a frustrating experience. Angela is nice but my son's prescription is often messed up or has been forgotten to be sent in. The billing department is a nightmare. For some reason, his visits weren't being applied to his insurance so i was sent a $245 bill. When you call, the automated line tells you to try to resolve everything via the online portal, but no one ever answers the billing questions. On September 9th i sat on hold for 22 minutes, spoke with someone who said they would apply the visits to insurance but that it could take up to 30-45 days and to check back. I've sent a couple more online portal messages, again no one answers. It's now 10/20 and I'm being charged late fees on the $245 bill that has still not been applied to insurance. I'm calling again, i got through to someone right away but she claims she cannot find my son's account. I was put on hold 4 times; i spelled my son's name several times phonetically, gave his date of birth and the account number. She verified the state several times and kept asking if i was sure that's where he received care. She said there was no account. I had the patient portal and billing statement pulled up, he's been there for several months. It's been hugely frustrating. My next step is to try to contact the office for the resolution
