Lightfully Thousand Oaks Residential is a mental health treatment program for adults ages 18 and older with mental health challenges. Their residential program is designed to provide individualized and evidence-based care that treats the whole person. Therapy takes place in individual, group, and family settings, with clients receiving 3 individual sessions per week, daily group sessions, and a weekly family therapy session. Lightfully is pioneering the use of process-based therapy to address mental health concerns on an individual basis.
