Honestly just disappointed, I reached out because I remembered them being really helpful when I was a kid but it’s been about a year believe and I haven’t heard back from them at all since the initial follow up on my contact form. I was really hoping to get help for my oldest before she became too much of a problem but at this point I doubt she’ll be able to remain home with us much longer.
I wish I could no star this place but I didn't have the option and be able to write a review. This has been a nightmare from the beginning. Not only have they treated my husband and I like we were the ones who neglected my grand daughter. They have completely violated our rights as grandparents and have no concern for her well being.
I have Special Session @9666 Olive St , Olivette, MO.. I really enjoy my monthly session cause my Physics Therapist is outstanding, listening, giving, advice to understand your Life alittle better. Also, help the community, too 😇
THEY HIRE IGNORANT MEAN AND JUST PLAIN RUDE PEOPLE!! AT LEAST ONE IN PARTICULAR!
If at all possible go with a different agency. We had a an unbelievably horrible experience with them. Took our money and do not have a child. Everyone who knows us and our reputation as a couple and individuals are absolutely shocked as to what happened to us after waiting for years to get an infant through them. It was completely unjust and left us emotionally scared. I realize not everyone can afford a more expensive agency but I would never recommend them. I am sorry to say this 😢. I guess you get what you pay for.
They are on the 4th floor and have liscensed physiologists, and therapists who give excellent service to children, young adults, grown men and woman who need help as well as the family member affected.
