Very nice doctor in Indianapolis,in

Seeing all of these terrible reviews on here, I had to leave one as well. This place has SAVED MY LIFE. I honestly do not want to know where I would be without doctor Miller. 5 years of being gas lit and pushed aside by doctors. I was told I would never get off of my medication. That it was too hard or not recommended. I wanted my life back, I felt like no one could help me until I found the Miller care group. Not even 3 months later I was completely off of ALL medication (comfortably) and I finally feel like myself again. I can say, they do take a week or two to get back to you about blood work which was a bit frustrating, but once I did get my results and I was face to face with the doctor, he did nothing but hear me out and support me. If you’re coming here for pain meds, this is an addiction clinic. Not pain management. Maybe that’s where the bad reviews come from? I’ve always been treated with so much respect by the staff. They even fought my insurance to get my care approved before I found out it was denied! They are there to help. And I am eternally grateful for their help.

Very disappointed with the service. My husband has been waiting for his lab results for over a month now. We’ve contacted the office at least five times, and each time we’re told they’ll take care of it—but nothing ever happens. This level of delay and lack of follow-through is completely unacceptable.

He is an addiction doctor. NOT a pain management doctor. He left me suffering for months waiting on a new medicine. When it became clear to him that insurance wasn't going to pay 1000$ a month, he tried putting me on a medication that was 27x less powerful than what i was currently taking, tried lying and saying that it was so many times more powerful and that my math was incorrect. My math was correct. He was immediately furious that I had done my research, and continued to ignore the question. “If i am currently taking 16mg, why would 600mcg(.6mg) work when 16mg does not?” He ended the appointment angry, and left me with more questions than answers. He has gotten over 50k from pharmaceutical companies over the past few years. He is bought and paid for, and will lie to your face hoping you lack the intelligence to catch it. Do not fall for this trap, they also bill insurance at every single appointment for drug tests, even when he has no intention of prescribing medications that require them every 3 months. EDIT. The cancer is back in my spine. He told my primary dr that there was no reason for my pain. (He didn’t look)

Beware of these people! my Fiance used Dr, Miller for about 4 or 5 weeks, they never saw her in person, it was all telehealth. She has multiple physical disabilities and NOT once did she ever discuss her physical disabilities with the Dr. As a matter of fact she never spoke to the Dr instead she talked to quacks who pushed psychological medications! And I saw what it did and it wasn't good. After she was able to obtain a primary Dr even he saw what they prescribed her and he even said it was BS.

Waste of time. They all lie! They ask you what helps you,what is your Daliy life,what do you do for fun. You tell them what works for you just for them to Dimiss you,and what medicines your on. Needs to update website because they don’t help you or give I what you know works for your body.. they want you to be the guinea pig!!! No tanks.

Dr. Miller has always treated me w respect and dignity. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival, they took the time and resources to map metabolism so they would know how I respond to certain medications. They pair that with the critical time it takes to know you as a person. They are invested in giving back to the community through philanthropy, compassion and education. Emily is the most attentive, and thorough, and caring medical staff member I’ve met. She always goes the extra mile to check on you and communicate with you. Carla’s bedside manner makes you feel at ease in all circumstances. She will laugh with and mourn with you while being an expert in her field. Jose bends over backwards to make sure you are with the right people and ensure the office timbre is bright, safe and pleasant. Dr Miller doesn’t rush you out. He takes his time with you, jokes with you, addresses your fingers and explains your treatment in the molecular level if you want. He is unpretentious and beyond pleasant. He’s created a judgement free zone and you can tell. This place offers it all. Psych, general medicine, counseling and addiction treatment. This is my place!!
