After being processed for lab work I was very late and last minute arriving the lady her name is hylisia that serviced us was excellent I should be highly complemented for her achievement for helping us to have the lab work done that needed to be required She did an excellent job you guys should have more like her thank you very much great job thank you hylisia lab staff

On a medical level this hospital is pretty top notch on a communication level this hospital is below par and as far as people liking their job or doing their job correctly that's below part too. If you're an aid and those other people I've been having the problems with not the nurses the AIDS and you don't have any patience for patients, you obviously are in the wrong field this is not a job that you just come and collect a paycheck and go home you must enjoy what you're doing and so far today Monday January 19th 2026 this must be the most horrible display of incompetence and rudeness and ignorance shown towards not only me but a few other patients in this facility all I know is that be careful who you come at that way because I for one am not that person and you do have the wrong guy if you think that I'm just going to sit here and take that but other than that fine hospital in the medical care has been top notch but please you must fix your aid problem because some of these people they don't even deserve to collect a paycheck thank you

Me and my wife were left in the waiting room for over a hour well she was having severe abdominal pain crying hysterical cause she was having a miscarriage don't come here unless you or a loved one doesn't want medical care plus the nurse were rude even the nurses at sister's hospital said they were rude cause we left saint marrys to actually get care and sister had to call saint merrys and the nurse at saint merrys were rude over the phone to the nurse at sister's. Terrible hospital

Was attacked by security guards treatment was horrid this video shows 6 pushing me and I’m 100% disabled veteran who was taken there by ambulance. They smashed my head off ct scanner I swore they said to apologize I said well how about you do the same for hitting my head which was in a brace as I have sever nerve damage from military service this was sick. I only swore after guard put his hands on me his name was Seth from muller security. If you want to be mistreated go there. All catholic health hospitals are crap and so are their doctors offices.

5 STAR SERVICE. I went in today, 12-2-25 for Lab Work. Every single employee met me with a smile, asked if I needed any help. The Lab woman was gentle and so very kind! Great Job & Thank You St. Marys

This really has nothing to do with medical services, as my sister had an appointment on Friday the 14th., for a cardio test of which went very well. Everyone was helpful with their assistance and did not have to wait long to get taken care of. All medical services were excellent. My complaint is with the gift shop at St Mary,s. We wanted to go into the gift shop after my sister,s cardio appt, but they were closed when we were leaving. Sign in the window hours said 11 am to 2 pm. I understand they are volunteers who run the shop. So I called there on another day, which was Tuesday November 18th, 25 to make sure the shop would be open until 2 pm. The woman who answered the phone said she would be open until 2 pm. So I and my sister went there to shop and we arrived at 1:30 pm, only to find shop was already closed. we asked a woman, an aid I guess, why the shop was closed early. She said the woman left early just before we arrived. My sister has cancer and needs help walking. She was really looking forward to go into the gift shop. I find this to be very incompetent of the woman who was suppose to be working that day. She stated when I called she would be there until 2 pm, and when we got there, shop was closed! How rude, not to mention the shop lost money that day as well. Though they are volunteers who run the shop, when the hours specify certain hours, those are the hours that should be kept, regardless. If you cannot work the specified hours. then do not be there to work. Come on, really, I do not think that 3 hours a day to be open are hardly not much at all!

Worst place ever!!! Told by endo to go to e.r. for adrenal crisis and told nothing is wrong, get bag of saline and pushed out the door. No matter what you come into the e.r. for, they can't figure out what is wrong so when the saline is empty, you get to go home, the same way you came in. Was near death months ago and told nothing was wrong and that i was just dehydrated. Wish they would shut this place down!!!!
