Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

I had EXCELLENT care at Ogden Regional.
Had day surgery and it was the best care i could expect. Was treated with dignity and respect from the prep time, recovery in OR, and finally to a private room until i was discharged. Was well taken care of and every nurse or doctor i interacted with was great to answer all my questions and provided excellent care.
They promoted an intensive therapy progran that they described as 6 days a week 6 hours a day. So, I signed up and paid $4,200 cash because nothing else has helped my PTSD. When I showed up it was only 3 days a week, 3 hours each time. It wasn' t intensive therapy, it was behavioral modification. I told them it wasn't for me. That's not what they sold me. It's bait and switch. So I asked for refund of my money. Because I was lied to. They committed fraud. They are charging me $2,300 for the 3 hour class that I sat through and already knew everything that the goofy unqualified guy talked about. He gave an example of how he felt worthy because someone gave him a gift. This is basic Mental Health 101. Your worth should be intrinsic. Finding worth from others is neurotic. But, that's what he's teaching. He doesn't know jack. It was a waste of time. $2300 FOR A THREE HOUR CLASS THAT WAS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!! DO NOT TRUST OGDEN REGIONAL. THEY CAUSE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS TO PEOPLE V WHO ARE SEEKING HELP FOR SURVIVING ABUSE AND TRAUMA!!!!!!!
I had surgery at Ogden Regional medical center on 2/11/26. My nurses in pre op and post off were fantastic. They explained everything, answered my questions and were kind, patient and helpful from check in to check out. They were thorough in preparing me for my procedure from the pre-op phone calls preparing for my surgery to pre-op care after arrival. And they called the day following my procedure to check on how I was recovering.
Good docs
Had an echo done. The receptionists were very kind and the echo tech was excellent in the use of the machine and the care in which he performed the test. A+ for all.
Staff was friendly encouraging and was very efficient. Both in pre 0p and recovery
Everyone in the building was very professional, very sensitive, very patient and very humane to my needs and questions about my ankle procedure, I feel they put me first before their needs of a lunch break, a restroom break and even their thoughts of missing their own families, I could not say thank you enough to every single professional in the building, made my stay and my procedure so much easier and successful too
