Wow, what an amazing time I have had! Flying in from North Carolina, MK, Sean and Becca were really helpful and respectful of my needs for sobriety. MK, guided me through Admissions and played a key part during my time at Pinnacle. I was worried at first that this facility was just like any other rehabs. Just a common money grab, but to my surprise Pinnacle really wants the best for you. After coming from NextStep Detox, I was greeted by Anthony and Sean! They gave me a great orientation and the clients gave me a warm welcome! Becca and Sean over saw our programming and were very helpful with personal development and were very attentive regarding outside needs during treatment. If I needed to see my legal team or doctors, etc. Becca and Sean would take took time out of their schedule to assist me. The support staff are very friendly, they treated me like I was their best friend. If I got out of line the support staff would help correct me in a way that wasn’t punitive. Anthony and Brooke are both in recovery and so is most staff, they really cared about your sobriety, and will guide you through recovery. The food scene is amazing, nutritious and very healthy. Chef Ed is off the chart, a great chef. I’m not a salmon fan, but he made me a delicious meal to substitute for Salmon! Chef Ed picks fresh foods, so nothing is old or boring! The Interns, and therapists really want to see you be successful. My therapist Julie has gone above and beyond when it came to help my mental health. Her approach to mental health is really awe inspiring. I really appreciate Cassie, Cory and Londyn help as well! The activities are made to help you feel comfortable while working on yourself. Troy, MK, Sean and Becca have built a truly remarkable treatment facility. From Mental Health treatment, to the recreational activities, their passion to help clients are more than I expected. I’m forever grateful to the love and caring team members at Pinnacle for my journey through Sobriety. If you’re looking for mental health care, please reach out to Pinnacle. What an incredible journey recovery has been! I came to this place—and wow, I’ve never experienced anything so beautiful in my life. The people who work here are truly extraordinary—so kind, compassionate, and full of love. Honestly, they feel like angels walking among us. I’ve never felt so deeply cared for and loved by people who didn’t even know me.

Pinnacle Recover is amazing. All of the staff go over the top to meet your expectations. The program gives you everything you need to achieve your goals and gives you all the tools you need to help you in recovery. The food is outstanding, Chef Ed is so compassionate about his cooking. I've never had a well balanced diet as good as it was at Pinnacle. The activities you get to enjoy are so much fun. Sober softball, hiking, bowling, batting cages, ice baths, open mic night are some of my favorites. The facility is more than adequate, its an amazing house that is filled with comfort. Overall, Pinnacle has changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel as if my life is starting over and I get the opportunity to be happy again. Shout out to Katie my therapist for all the help and knowledge she has given me. I'm ready to go out into the world and face all the challenges it brings head on. Thank you Pinnacle!!

My family and I are immensely grateful for Pinnacle. A family member of mine came to Pinnacle for treatment and has been sober for almost 6 months. His care was phenomenal and we are eternally grateful. Cannot recommend this enough.

I could not feel more grateful for the time I stayed at Pinnacle recovery. The experience saved my life, changed my life, and made me excited to live again. Thank you Pinnacle!!

My “loved one” went in for alcohol addiction. And came out OBESE with an eating “disorder” , new PTSD trauma disorder and additional Rx med dependency. I would NOT recommend this facility. My “loved one” had no less than THREE counselors in “their” 90 day stay. What a complete farce. No interest in true recovery. Only the dollars provided. So dissatisfied with this journey here. I had high hopes. And the director was nonchalant in every interaction, along with no other real personal interest by a member of the “medical/psychiatric” community that ascribes to be affiliated with this organization. Unfortunately, I would not recommend, if your person needs REAL care. And not just a vacation from their life. I had such high hopes. Oh. Food- yeah. There are reviews about the meals. When my “loved one” was there for three months, the food was average to slightly below. Primary because the “chef”/ cooking person liked to come in early to prepare dinners (so as not to interfere with her dinners at home), which meant that the people living there received dry, hours-old/done food for their dinners. Yuck. So my “loved one” ate later-in BED-at night. Also “they” woke up from night terrors (new happening in recovery, not addressed adequately with minimal EMDR and regression therapy once or twice) and ATE more crappy foods that they bought. Great. And thanks. My “loved one” comes back 40 pounds heavier, with no ROOT ISSUE addressed/worked through. I’m so heartbroken. I’d read your reviews, told my “loved one” to make their choice on where to go for recovery, and they come back partially “fixed” of their addiction of poor choice—-with another addiction:EATING TOO MUCH AT HORRIBLE HOURS OF THE NIGHT. Thanks. Thanks for the gift of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes future, heart disease future, hardened arteries along with low self-esteem. Edited rn: FIVE weeks out: relapse.
