Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

Potter house is a great place I'm here now . I've been here for like 5 months . Only complaint right now is I've been needing my sublicate shot for 3 days now and it seems like everybody is dodging me and just keeps saying this nurse is going to get ahold of me and never does and I needed it for days now bad communication on their end I feel like I could do better for sure . Just gives me another reason to not even take it
Shit show. I mean literally I wake up to mice shit all over my clothing and the guy that runs the place is never around or reachable. Pathetic
If you want somewhere that care and gives u structure and freedom this is the place
I just gotta say The Potter’s House has truly been a blessing in my life. When I first came here, I was lost and broken, but the people here really cared and helped me start putting the pieces back together. Liz and Tyera have been such strong, supportive women who never gave up on me even when I was hard on myself. They always make time to listen and remind me how far I’ve come. The housing manager has done so much to make sure we have a safe place to heal and grow, and Sara, the lady who does the drug testing, deserves a shoutout too. She’s always kind and respectful never judging, just doing her job with compassion. That means a lot when you’re trying to stay clean and rebuild your life. And then there’s Kyle and Kathie from IOP… I don’t even think I can say enough about them, they’re honestly two of the best teachers I’ve ever had. They make class real, they understand recovery, and they talk to us like people, not patients. They’ve helped me see that I’m capable of change and that my past doesn’t define who I am today. I’m just beyond grateful for everyone at The Potter’s House. This place has given me hope again, and I can honestly say they’ve helped save my life.
Potter’s house saved my life. This is a great program. I recommend anyone to come here foreal. They save people’s lives foreal.
I stayed at the Potterhouse an it changed my life . The people there care a love watching the light come on in people . This is the best place I have ever been. Truly a place of love and recovery
The PHP program was highly disorganized and chaotic making it impossible to focus on the resources being provided. The PHP house was just as chaotic and disorganized. When I moved into the IOP sober living house on Glenway I had to clean up a huge pile of rat feces, with rats being a continuing issue while staying there for almost two months, mold issues, water damage in the ceilings and floors, the basement constantly flooded with toilet waste and was never cleaned up in proper hazmat process, the management was clearly only concerned about you paying rent, and overall the situation was an extremely unfortunate one that left you on edge and in constant stress as the house rules were not enforced and clients did as they pleased. This is a shame and it seems like instead of focusing on what is in front of them the management is more concerned with going global but built on an extremely unstable foundation that is crumbling rapidly.
This is the only sober living house I’ve ever lived at. This house, the person who owns it and runs it, the guys who have lived here, and the guys who still live here have all saved my life and continue to help shape and mold me as a responsible citizen. I highly recommend living here and following the suggestions of those in the program!
