Medical staff remain on site 24/7 to keep clients safe and comfortable during their detox process. Personalized Treatment Plans Resilient Recovery provides individual, group, and family therapy. Group and 1:1 sessions take place each day. Their evidence-based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement therapy (EMDR), relapse prevention skills, equine therapy, motivational interviewing techniques, anger management, and holistic therapies. Their alternative treatments include acupuncture, yoga, meditation, art and music therapy, and group outings.
