I recently purchased the Restore Warm Pocket Legging and a couple Renew Long Sleeve tops, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The fit was perfect, and the leggings have performed exceptionally well- comfortable and functional. What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. The team was professional, helpful, and genuinely cheerful, making my experience a pleasure. I’de especially like to recognize the general manager at the Park City store, Andrew, who clearly leads a highly professional and well- run team. It shows in every aspect of the store and service. I will definitely be returning and recommending the Park City store to my friend and family.

The customer service from Roots is the worst I have ever experienced. Everyone gives you the runaround and no one is actually trying, or willing to, perform actual customer service. For a luxury brand they should be ashamed of their pricing and customer service. I will not be ordering from, or shopping with them again. Staying true to my brands that care and prioritize customer loyalty

Absolutely love the brand but the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I’ve been to locations in Banff, Vancouver and Whistler all with fantastic associates that are very friendly. The associates at the Park City location however could not be bothered with a simple greeting nor help a customer look for a different size. I decided to help myself searching the correct size in a few different styles. I was also not offered a fitting room. I would have easily spent $500 but left with one item due to the lack of acknowledgment and poor service. The girls stayed behind the cash wrap counter the entire 30 minutes I was in the store and were on their phones the entire time. I will never go back to this location.

Worst customer service experience I think I’ve ever had. I bought a pullover hoodie for my husband five days ago. I told the girls at the counter that he probably wasn’t going to like it and I was right. I brought the pullover to return with the receipt and the bag. He had taken the tax off And I had left those at home. when I got to the store, the same girls were working that sold me the hoodie. I drove around with them and told them see. I told you I’d be back. He didn’t like the sweatshirt. Check the number on the back of my card and verified it with the receipt and the last four digits were different. I called the credit card company right in front of them to verify that the charge was made on that certain card. They weren’t budging. Then she started taunting me. I even called the corporate office. They immediately got on the phone with the store. I was then told that I had to have a valid ID and the tags. So I would need to drive another hour home to get those to come back to get a refund. when using a credit card through Apple Pay Apple Pay changes the last four digits. I asked them if they would be changing their policy . The response I got was we will look into it. I did not get any kind of apology for the way I was treated in the store. They accused me of being a thief and trying to use somebody else’s credit card. Flat out, accused me, and then when I wouldn’t let it go. They started to make excuses like the sweatshirt had been worn and there was hair on the sweatshirt. There was probably hair on the sweatshirt because my husband had tried it on. The sweatshirt had not been worn. This matter is still unresolved.

Quality clothes and some are worth it on sale. However we walked in and the person behind the counter never said hello nor looked up from their phone.
