During my time there, the facility billed my insurance for over $200,000, of which they received around $75,000, yet the level of care did not reflect anything close to that value. The are no licensed therapist only interns. When a major storm hit California the last week and the power went out for 36 hours, the facility provided no heat and made no effort to relocate clients. The program director and the owner refused to secure hotel rooms, leaving everyone in cold, unsafe, and uncomfortable conditions. This showed a serious lack of concern for client safety and well-being.

Non-compliant with 30 day court orders. Fitting 13+ people into a van for 80+ miles a day likely isnt OSHA compliant. Gave completion certs to others before mandatory 90 day requirement. Nepotism at its finest. Does not adequately reward good behavior unless you know the owner.
