Ami me atendieron con el programa del pre y me brindaban muy buen servicio,más Jaime Gonzales ,espero y mire este reseña necesito comunicarme con el ,ya que hoy vivo en Europa

I wish i could give Zero stars.This is the worse clinic I have ever been to.you can't walk in except you book an appointment even when you are very sick and you are their patient.They advertise they accept walk-ins and won't even take their patients for walk-in.They will always tell you to go to urgent care or ER.I took my child for an appointment (which i had called about 3 different times before i could get one) and got dizzy while waiting for Dr Arianne to come see her, they were so quick to call an ambulance just to push me off their clinic, they didn't even check my daughter that came in for an appointment.Just said it's normal to have a cough for a long period.what kind of service is this????it's just terrible.

Dr Cortez is the best I'm gonna miss him

Been sitting for an over an hour so my step daughter could be seen. Still no doctor, when I ask the front desk, nobody knows nothing. About to walk out and find her a new doctor. This is ridiculous service.

I have been trying to get in touch with this office for weeks regarding a bill they sent me. They continue to mail paperwork with “Final Pass Due” notices, yet no one answers the phone and no one returns calls. I have called multiple times, left messages, and still have not received any assistance. Very poor service ! Don’t recommended !

El servicio es bueno, pero ten cuidado con tu dinero , dijeron que debía 270 ,y lo puse en pago automático pero después se 6 meses me seguían cobrando y mandado cartas que debía 170 , a lo cuál llame y que según debía esa cantidad ,les explique que lo que he estado pagando , y si les aparecía el pago pero en su sistema todavía debía , les dije que arreglaran eso , les tomo dos días , y me dijeron que no habían actualizado el sistema ,porque eso aparecía que debía ,osea si no llamo para reclamar me seguirían cobrando ,

This health care center is terrible!!!!! They don’t call you with your results or anything, you have to call them. Then they don’t send your medication on time!!! You have to call them about that also. I personally don’t mind calling them back, but if you tell me we are going to call you in 2 business days and it becomes 4 business day it’s a problem. It’s very unprofessional!!
