They failed to inform me until the day of my first appointment that they didn’t take my insurance. I was referred from the hospital because they allegedly took my insurance which clearly wasn’t true. They told me since I was a college student on a low income they could put me on a payment plan and I only had to pay $6 out of pocket. Never once did they mention an additional charge that I cannot afford at this time. They also tried texting AND calling to set up an appointment when I literally just had one not even 3 months ago. And I told them I had an office back home and would not be coming back at my appointment. I only came in to follow up after an emergency and honestly there was zero point.
Took very good care of me throughout my pregnancy. Special shout-out to Rachel!

All of the staff, nurses, doctors, midwives, case managers, are seriously some of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I’ve interacted with in healthcare. They have been so supportive in difficult times, reassuring and empathetic to your issues, calm and easy going. They really make it easy for you to get the best possible care for yourself. The staff at the OB office are super friendly. From the front desk to the nurse and providers. I feel like I’ve seen every provider there and they all pay attention to any concerns you have and take their time listening to you. Big shout out to Megan Walker and Dr. Glassburn!! They went above and beyond with my last pregnancy! Had some complications during delivery and after delivery and they were there to make sure I was doing better even on their days off.
The nurses and providers did an extraordinary job taking care of my sister-in-law and her newborn. Their receptionist team are amazing too. Love them all and the work they do 😄
