Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

100.00 fee for no show, same fee as session. No entry allowed for those that are late to group therapy. No insurance accepted for court ordered therapy. This is extremely bad courtesy.
Cancel 2 appointments on me and lied to my face ,you think honesty would be more of a priority working in a therapy office. I would recommend avoiding this company completely!!! Not at the amarican fork location, and if you like haveing someone make life changing decisions and then avoid having a conversation with you about how it came to those decisions. Tom pimcock is your man.
I've gotten some great help from Jacqui. Michael at the front desk is always pleasant and so organized!
I have been going to Suncrest counseling for help with Trauma, and PTSD. The people I have worked with have been so kind and professional. It is the perfect fit for me.
Jon has helped me learn how to cope with mental illness and helped me reach higher confidence in myself. I have a better understanding to why I am and how I can mend and heal
Remember the term "Ambulance Chaser" meant to apply to the Attorneys who would follow an Ambulance to the Hospital, so they could sign someone up to get started on a lawsuit? Those are the type of tactics these people practice. Having a representative at the Court room waiting for the right words to be said, following you out, implying this is the only and fastest way. It makes sense, you fill out the paper work, now they have your phone number and email address. **Suncrest has an Intensive Outpatient Program (I.O.P.) for Drug and Alcohol related issues $$$. A part of my sentence was get a D&A evaluation AND comply with the recommendation made by the people doing the D&A eval. * I wonder if they are going to recommend I.O.P.? On top of that they sent me a threatening email that said something like "we are going to have to inform the court of your non compliance" sounds very threatening and scary to the uninitiated person, it is simply a scare tactic. But very typical, and a decent representation of their policies and procedures. This is profiteering at it's best, not that I'm against making a profit, but using the guise of Health and Support to do it, is another kind of criminal. Don't sign their papers in the courtroom, there are many, many places that do a D&A evaluation.
Their salesmen aggressively solicits at the courtroom, lies about the idea that you're not being signed up when you're writing down your information -- even after being asked the exact, direct question "Is this signing me up for anything". Then you have to call them back and cancel after they surprisingly start texting you and then on top of it call the court and cancel because they've already informed the court you are going to their class, all unbeknownst to you before you get the text. Further, they lie about the idea that other Prime For Life classes are fraudulent in some way or another. A lack of ethics from the beginning isn't a good sign. These other reviews? Do you see any diversity in the time they were posted? Do your research. I will be forever grateful for Suncrest Counseling. I discovered my husbands pornography addiction 3 years ago and found a great deal of help and support in both the counseling services here and the book, "Lord I Believe, Help Thou Mine Unbelief" written by Rod Jeppsen, President of Suncrest Counseling. It is great that there are multiple locations because the need is so enormous. For anyone that is hesitating to seek counseling, please don't wait any longer. I wholeheartedly recommend Suncrest.
