In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Awful experience. Kathy, Kelly and most of all Steve are very rude and unprofessional! Ive lived in several sober livings and this was the absolute worst. Long story short, I called out a girl in group for running around outside on Halloween in her underwear. She broke down in group and started crying. Obviously I felt bad for making her cry but I was just observing her inappropriate behavior. She went to the staff and told them I gropped her (100% false) a few days later and they told me to get off the property within 2 hours! They would not tell me who accused me of gropping. I soon found out she disappeared the same day I was kicked out. Hopefully back to impatient where she belongs!! Thanks to this sober living and management my treatment experience went from amazing in impatient to absolute trash as soon as I got into their sober living
I would give 0 if I could. I was let in although their policy was that if you are pain meds, I have chronic pain, Ankylosing Spondylitis, they will not accept you. I went there 2 weeks then changed their minds. The CEO or president or whatever his title was called and talked to me. He said sorry! I was just beginning to feel some type of new start. This is not okay to do to someone who is already struggling with mental health issues. This was last year April 2024. They keep sending me bills too. I would find another facility.
If you fit inside their little box, sure they’ll seem to care. But step outside that box and you’ll be dropped like you are nothing.
I had such high hopes for this place. The IOP program itself was good. The problem was the transition out of it. Treatment went from 3 days a week, 3 hours a day, to nothing. There was an outpatient program mentioned in the website that was not IOP, but when I brought it up at the end I was told there was not. So I pushed for resources at and a therapist referral so there wasn't a huge change and there was some support. So they set us up with a therapist who worked at the clinic to continue seeing after the program ended. This therapist cancelled or no showed to the scheduled appointments FOUR TIMES. I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
Terrible place if you're seeking help beyond addiction. My 20 year old son used weed, but his biggest issue was suicidal ideation. He left in an ambulance, twice, from 2 different centers, and then got harassed for payments that were covered by insurance. They acted completely put out when I came to get his belongings, and I was asked to join family therapy without any sort of follow up. In over a month, we did not have any therapy, despite me giving my availability. Luckily, he found New Roads, and they helped him find his way. I have yet to receive an unexpected extra payment from them, and my child is now in transitional and working a full time job. I would give zero stars to Turning Point, if that was a choice. If your insurance covers it, New Roads is amazing!
This place helped save my life! From residential to outpatient, the whole program is beautiful. I recommend it to anyone who is struggling with addiction/mental illness.
FIRE ARM NIGHTMARE experience here. I got assaulted by another male at the house. The guy fought me because I accidentally drank his Powerade. They said no matter who starts the fight you both get kicked out. I told them to wait until I arrange a car to the airport. They didn’t give me time to even call an Uber. I had a FIRE ARM pointed at me from one of the counselors that work there while I was walking off the property. Everyone is searched prior to entering the rehab and he was about to kill a defenseless young man. The counselor was smiling so EVIL while pointing the gun at me. I expected to have to be safe stay there. This rehab is DANGEROUS for anyone to be staying at. If anyone wants they can contact me for a detailed experience about this rehab.
it fantastic its life changing keeps us in the community of sobriety the tools to succeed thank you
