In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

If you have a child that can get a little out of hand during a session they will charge extra for the outburst. I don't mind the therapist my son is seeing. Just information to know when considering to have your child seen here.
I have a mixed review because I love and also don't love certain things. Like any ABA agency, the staff that's great seems to move on quickly. The wait list for my second child was over two years long. I held out mainly because they did wonders for my oldest. Timeliness and communication seems to be a problem this time around as well.
Very unprofessional establishment. Lack of training to staff. They only care about staff’s safety after staff provide concern to higher management about staff’s safety. A person I’m close with worked there and wasn’t provided full information about assigned client, said person ended up with a severe injury. They don’t provide mileage reimbursement for staff and having staff drive all over utah. They have low pay, lack of hours, and display favoritism for promotions. They do last minute schedule changes. Lack of communication for client cancellation with staff.
The Roy location is one big family. Well, all UTBS locations are like this! But their new buildings and set up just adds to the culture and how the team strives for excellence! These teams work so hard to strengthen families and it is seen in all things that they do.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only are the staff very knowledgeable and friendly, they go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and am happy with my care plan. Coming here was definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Stephanie is very patient and cares so much about not only everyone she treats, but also everyone she interacts with
Still waiting for an appointment, it has been 2 years. We are still on a waiting list and they have no idea when they would have anything available. Not sure how people are getting in this place. Ridiculous!
I rarely do Negative reviews. I'll make an exception for Utah Behavior Services. Trying to complete the intake form is difficult. Once done, it (the system per Braden) generates 12 forms to sign. There are no options to opt out or refuse on any of the 12 forms. All 12 are apparently required. Not true, but they want you to believe that. If you object to having photos and videos taken while being treated you have to ASK to have the form removed. If you object to them transporting you or your child you have to tell them you're not signing it. No option for opt out. Those are 2 of 4 forms Not Required. But they don't tell you that. The implication is that you are required to sign everything. Be careful what you sign. Don't sign anything unless you read and agree to a form in its entirety In the end, I became so frustrated with their need to invade my privacy that I refused to use their services. UBS is apparently one of those businesses where YOU, the consumer, exists to serve THEM. Beware. Be very careful.
As a grandparent of one of the students, I’ve found the staff to be personable and highly trained. I’ve interacted with several of the staff and found them to be eager to share knowledge and their own experiences in working with my granddaughter. I’ve learned from staff tips for interacting with my granddaughter as well. They also show love and carding for my granddaughter which is very important to me.
