The NEW director Johnathan is phenomenal, I had a serious concern with a staff member, he handled the situation swiftly. Professionally and kept in touch with me every step of the way. He truly cares about each individual and that’s what WIN Recovery needs. JOHNATHAN is the BEST!!!! Hands down

This is a methadone clinic. It is quiet, calm, and quick. The staff are kind, and the other patients are kind and quiet. It goes fast, and you're out within 5 or 10 minutes. If you have opiate addiction, this is a good clinic, far better than ITC on Keystone and 46th.

I was upset to find out this is not a gambling addiction facility. They should change their name. There are several facilities for drug addiction, it would be nice if there were some specifically for gambling.

Nice people clean facility and I’m always in and out no longer than 5 or 10 mins. Couldn’t ask for nothing better there awesome!!!

Hands down best clinic I’ve ever been to board of director Anne Marie she is Awsome very kind get stuff done woman and Anne she was my counselor she’s a angel from heaven I couldn’t have asked for a better counselor she stayed on top of stuff got stuff done and very hands on she helped me through a lot highly recommend to anyone going through addiction amazing amazing place thank u for everything u guys have done

Clean place and really like how it not over packed. I had took my husband to one place it only last one day he didn’t like how it felt there and line out the door. Helpful this one he feel more comfortable but only problem I seen he yell out the door for me to bring his insurance card to him so I walk it up there and this lady at the door ask u here for help no start to yell at me. Hold on I’m not on drugs and never had been so what the problem just keep yelling u need get out. You see an insurance card in my hand and also learn how to talk to people without yelling disrespect for one. They need to learn how to talk to people with respect it not hard or get a person that know how please. I will do the job for you because nobody that getting help or trying help a love should be yell out and don’t know why

Great place lots of good people I'd say the best clinic in Indiana but a few of the nurses need to be humbled 🙂 other than that they are willing to work with you on most situations and the few bad ones are just a minor. Just talk to Tina 🐐 shes the goat frfr. or one of the managers if something is wrong depending on what it is they will clear it up or fix it Sam's been great as have most of the nurses my only complaint is the pettiness of some of the workers but again very minor inconvenience compared to other clinics they are amazing.

Due to illness in my family I had to transfer to this clinic for an unknown amount of time from my home state of Oregon and Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center, I was worried about the rules and regulations being from such a different place, but they have done nothing but been accommodating to my situation. The doctor, the clinical director, as well as everyone I have spoken to at the Plainfield location have been more than helpful, even the security guards. It feels more at home to me than anywhere else in this state right now, I even got to keep most of my takehomes (was m28 in Oregon, but m6 in Indiana) which is very helpful. Highly recommended.
