The therapist at this location are some of the most knowlgade people I know within this field on addition and substance use.

I have to pay $250 for nothing because I couldn’t make it to the appointment Chuck you were wrong. It’s not a whatever your name is you are so wrong.

I will never come here again. These are some of the coldest and most uncaring people I’ve ever met. I can’t believe their in the business of helping depressed people. You do not want to be telling your issues to these people. They will call the cops on you for any little reason. They also Lie about a lot of things, and they’ll do it straight to your face with a smile! They don’t care.

Do yourself a favor. Avoid Pillars of “wellness”at all cost. If you have mental health issues. It’s all about money!!!!!!! Was told there was some problem with insurance. No problem. It’s understandable. Insurance can be a pain. I tell them I’ll get it taken care of. What they DID NOT tell me was they were suspending my services!!! It’s all about money!!! I found out when I show up to my 10am appointment. A lady comes out and asks who I’m there for. I tell her. She looks at me and says “she’s not here” walks away. Doesn’t say anything else. I leave at 1015. I get a message from my therapist asking if I was there? That’s when I found out they suspended my services. It’s all about money!!! I was even told they have a cash rate as well. If you didn’t have insurance.

I had my second session with a doctor who during our call started off by saying she was sick. Which I understand fully and would have fully accepted skipping a week for her to be better but she insisted on continuing the session until about the 15 minute mark. Then she asked to excuse herself for a couple minutes and then came back and asked to end our session and pick up next week because she was “a lot sicker than she had imagined”. I said of course and to take care of herself, during the session she hadn’t said much and was mostly saying how cold she was so I felt really bad for her. I then emailed the company to ask to not be billed for this session because of the obvious reasons and they said that any season longer than 15 minutes (ours being 17 admitted through the email) was able to be billed and there was nothing that they could do on their end. This was completely unprofessional as a licensed doctor to do knowing you wouldn’t be able to make it the full session but specially only staying for as long as you must to be paid. I would not recommend this service to anyone and highly suggest anyone searching for therapy to look further.

Ashley is extremely compassionate, thorough, & professional & because of her, I have overcome a nearly life-long battle with depression/anxiety! Overall, one of the most disorganized organizations out there. Their website is clunky, appointments are hard to get and their billing is a disaster. Their providers seem to do a very good job, but the admin is a complete mess.

Jessica was nice enough to tell my wife during their session she was reporting her to Child Protective services because my wife asked for help not getting frustrated with the kids. My wife had told her that our youngest frustrated her and she grabbed him by his coat sleeves and told him he’s not helpless he can put his own gloves on. Jessica informed my wife she would report this to her supervisor and most likely report it to child protective services……then the following week Jessica was polite enough to call my wife at home and reiterate to her she was reporting her to Child services again. We don’t abuse our kids and this was a giant overstep on Jessica’s part, not to mention narcissistic to take the time to call my wife at home just to remind her she’s reporting her. How is this a safe place for my wife to communicate in therapy when during her 3-4 appointment she’s threatened with being reported to CPS THEN called between appointments and reminded of the threat? Therapy is suppose to be her safe place. She really liked Jessica, but Jessica violated her trust and she won’t be going back. There are kids that are really being abused and ours aren’t. We understand it is health care workers responsibility to report abuse but you need to have the sense to understand what is abuse. If my kids were being abused, how would it help them by throwing it in my wife’s face TWICE that she’s being reported? Couldn’t that endanger the kids at that point? Proceed with caution Talking about your kids. Now we’re back finding her a new therapist and my wife is guarded now, not to mention the money we wasted on Jessica, and awaiting a visit from CPS from a therapist that shoots first and asks questions later. Avoid or proceed with extreme caution. Not a safe place.
