I dont know how these guys are still able to legally operate. Tried to establish primary care here. Israel Nieto is the most hot headed, incompetent little man I've ever met. Called me a liar when parkview hospital in Logansport told me that NP Nieto should be giving me adequate care for pain, he then yells at me on the phone to find another doctor, AND THEN hangs up on me. Still waiting on NP Supit (the equally incompetent NP they gave me instead of Nieto) to respond to me or my pharmacy regarding a refill. Not to mention she tried to prescribe me Cymbalta for my chronic bladder and kidney disorder. After reporting both of their do-nothing physicians to a higher up named Shantel, I've been ghosted by her and the entire office after leaving multiple messages with my contact information. I've given these guys every opportunity that I possibly can, but it's time to call them out. Their medication policies are absolutely ridiculous, they'll bring you back a week later just to bill your insurance, their communication is HORRIBLE, they don't care about your care or your comfort, and they have little interest in you other than getting you out the door. Shameful behavior in a building full of "professionals." Absolutely shameful.

Great mental health doctors.

As an individual with a background serving in Mental Health, I do not recommend this place. This company really should be investigated as they do not take their jobs serious and have a very nonchalent attitude towards clients coming in for services. My child had a visit scheduled with a pyschiatrist, who was supposed to meet via virtual appointment, we arrived early and 25 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start she never showed or apologized. The staff acted like her behavior was acceptable and did nothing to remedy this situation. The poor patient/ client service they provide also accounts for the poor staffing and high turnover rates as well. Please look into better services, even betterhelp is better than this!

my therapist was incredibly useless and didn't care when I made a threat on my life

These people are a ioke scheduled outpatient appointment and they told me to come in 5-6 pm i get there and they are about to close and tell me they signed me up for a zoom meeting wasted my time coming all way up here and i was suppose to have been started this for court never once did they tell me it was a zoom meeting or show me how to get into their zoom meeting but thats not even tho point i needed in person outpatient therapy

This place is horrible. Do not go here. My therapist intentionally said things to provoke more arguments, which would then cause me to come back more often. He knew what he was doing. Never go back. Do not go there—you will 100% regret it. All the employees are very disrespectful and rude. They prioritize pay over helping anyone. They do not care about helping you, and they don’t know how. They will refuse to help and will use any excuse they can come up with to avoid doing so. My therapist also broke the company's policy several times by cussing in front of me, which was extremely triggering. Do not go here. I really wish I could give this a lower rating. More people need to see this post—do not go here.

Came here with wife for marriage counseling. Was seeing Jennifer Simmons. Never mattered what I ever said, her and wife would both gang up and attack everything I ever said. I got tired of it one day and stood up for myself and Jennifer didn’t like it and kicked me out of her office. She asked wife a question, I waited until wife was finished ( no interruption, then I asked Jennifer if she wanted the whole truth since wife wasn’t giving it. So, I started telling the whole truth. Jennifer wanted proof so I was looking for the proof on my phone. She kept interrupting me as I was looking. And saying how my wife was in the right and how wrong I was. This was happening ever time I went to see her with my wife. I could never be right on anything ever. I had enough and she kicked me out. No problem, I will never be back. I don’t recommend this place.
