Ethan Was No Help !!! Gave Me Another Number To Call. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Horrible !! Called to inquire about thier services ... receptionist was clueless , pawned me off on office manager who was rude and not helpful at all .

They were charging us co-pays for my daughter's counseling services, after speaking to my insurance company I found out that there should be no co-pays. We've been trying for months to get this rectified and not only did they not return our money, they keep charging us co-pays. When we try to call, we're just given the run around with the billing dept, I just spoke to someone with a very thick Indian accent named Third, who said he was transferring me to a supervisor but me just put me back in the queue. They are dealing with people who are mentally not well, this is enough to push me over the edge, and I'm not even a patient, how do they get away with this nonsense?

My adolescent daughter is a client. Had to switch providers twice due to difficult communication but currently lover her current provider. My daughter's counselor has very little knowledge and is difficult. She cannot treat or provide counseling or therapy to adolescents. Whether due to lacknof knowledge base, experience or just plain stupidy, we have had to involve the facility supervisor. We have just switched to an entire new location. I, myself am a licensed provider, and therefore i understand what constitutes as professional and appropriate care. My concern is for clients and parents who lack knowledge of appropriate care an place trust with this facility to provide mental health care for their lived ones. I wouldn't recommend this particular facility or staff to anyone. The turnover of staff should show that they have administrative issues if they cannot keep consistent staff. The intake process is atrocious. The stacks of paperwork could easily be completed ahead of time but require parents to sit for hours completing with a secretary, not even a professional. I am in the process of completing an inquiry with the NYS health dept and board of ethics due to gross incompetence by my daughters counselor. Staff is not qualified to provide competent care. I do not like then ,they lie ,they dont really help you with your mental health because said some thing when your upset they hold it a like your are wrong for having mental ??? they don)t notice to fix in the place !!!

Save your receipts if you go here! They will bill you for copayments that you had already paid over 6 months ago! Look for a real therapy provider for your family and not a “chain” facility like this is.

I called to reschedule an appointment, I spoke with a Jennifer (Hamburg) in the counseling intake department and she was so condescending on the phone. For a place that deals with the mental health she should learn some personal skills. I will be looking for another place to take my son.
