BestSelf Behavioral Health- North Collins

Sadly, I was told they only do mornings, and don't do Fridays. When I told them I only have a vehicle available in the mornings on Fridays.

Billing is still a mess. I paid the bill in person at the time of service and still get a billed. From there third party biller. Since these people can't read a ledger. This is still happening. Whoever is the corporate manager of this company. Cancel your contract. with third party biller. They don't know what they are doing. Updated October 27th 2025

A twelve year old got kicked out of counseling because of something someone said. This place only replys to the 5 star comments and neglecting a child for getting the help she needs just disgusts me. The counselors name was Kimberlee (Kim)

So basically my counselor said she would teach me coping skills then something happened and my mom talked to the counselor (Kimberlee aka miss Kim) then she started to YELL at me and told me I could never change and kicked me out. She told her to call the cops on me if I acted out again.

This place kicked out a 12 year strugling with mental health issue and dr.kimbrlee told her she could never change and told her mother if she acts out to call the cops. This place is disrespecful and only responds to 5 stars dr.kimbrlee lied to her mom and said she asked to leave. overall this place is disgusting and it makes me sick having too say this

I've been going to BestSelf for about 6 months now and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The onboarding process was simple, informative, and well organized. The front desk girls always have a smile on, ready to welcome you the moment you walk in. My therapist, Dana, has truly been a blessing because she goes above and beyond to help. She really takes the time to listen, understand, and work through the challenges I bring to her. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people, and her personality makes every session comfortable and supportive. I can honestly say my therapy sessions with her have helped me so much with my confidence, emotional awareness, and my overall mental health. I'm super thankful for this experience and look forward to continuing sessions with BestSelf ! :)

I was told to go here because the place I was going to no longer would take new patients with Medicaid even though I've been at the facility for years referred me to this place And when I went to this place I felt like I was being punished I did not feel that this place was accommodating me for my needs but my medicine instead they made me feel like I had no idea what I was taking and treating me as a more as a person abusing them then needing them

There very helpful therapy is heloing em greatly the staff are super wonderful and its very inviting
