Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

Employees might consider you dangerous to themselves. I would avoid going to this place whatsoever if you are not taken there by the officer, or emergency cab. Otherwise, you might be stabilized and normalized if you cannot take care of yourself, and talk normally. Leave this office if you are not pressured to go there by any means. Hope this helps
I honestly can't remember the last time I felt less safe. The people I've encountered at this location are quite substantial. I went here four times and each time i've encountered somebody so potentially hazardous, they could have altered the course of my life permanently.I do not recommend going here for any reason.Whatsoever, in fact, there needs to be an armed police officer. There twenty four hours a day, because it is not safe.
I have tried therapy and counseling multiple times and never followed through and never felt understood. For the first time ever, I'm sober, consistently going to therapy, groups, and taking my medication. I feel the safest when I'm in any of these suites and meeting with ANY of their providers. They truly make you feel heard, understood, not judged, and cared for. They connect with you. I have never believed in therapy/counseling until I came here. If you're looking for a sign to work on your recovery, get sober, and seek therapy, THIS IS IT!! and this is the place to do it at. Anthony is an amazing group leader/teacher. He opened my mind to a whole new world and helped me learn so much about myself. And Faith Reed, my counselor, is absolutely amazing. She connects with you on a personal level and makes you feel completely safe and comfortable when in her presence. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and remember who you are (if you're a multiple days a week attendee like me LOL). This place is just absolutely amazing. You have nothing to lose, give them a try.
Going to Horizon was an excellent experience. They are caring. They’re patient and help you with any problem you may have. Even if you just need someone to talk to this is the place to go. Most people associate horizon with addictions. I’m living proof that they will help people with any and all troubles you may have. They are professional, courteous and caring. I think they deserve state funding, and more resources to do the wonderful things they do
The team here was so helpful and the girl kristin at the desk was so nice
5 Stars for the people. 1 star for parking. Great therapists and great staff. Everyone is easy to talk to and the place has a good atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone seeking help. However, there is a pretty bad parking issue at this location during the busy times of the day, which can make getting to appointments, on time, difficult and frustrating (that frustration may, could, and do, at times, impact the appointments or sessions or groups, themselves). The problem is, the main front parking area does not have enough spaces for the number of people who come to Horizon. Additional parking _has_ been added but it’s at a location which requires you to leave Horizon, get on Brighton until you hit Glenhurst, take a left there and go-on until you get to Braxmar, make a left there and go on until you reach Niagara Falls Blvd., hang a left, again, then drive down the Blvd. until you reach the entrance to the lot that has the extra parking spaces. That’s a problem a lot of people run into during the busy hours of the day. But the thing is, if that big sign on a pole, in front of the building, were removed, it would open up a potential driveway to the other parking spots. I mean, the building itself says HORIZON across it. Do we really need the sign? It’s an unnecessary obstruction that’s causing people additional stress.
They are amazing
I can’t speak for every therapist there.. But I will say Sarah Aplin Is an absolute angel, (Who deserves a Who deserves a big raise) and has clearly taken time to develop her skills in therapy. She has helped me navigate so much. Such as early childhood trauma, widowhood during pregnancy And to create healthy boundaries in my life. This place has been a true godsend and I’m very grateful.
