I have been going to Clean Slate now for a couple months and I would recommend that anyone that is looking to stop using but you need some sort of help this is for you. They are very professional and only want to help, and you will never have to worry about them judging you for any reason. Give them a shoot what do you have to lose.?

I have been a patient at clean slate for almost 5 years. I have had at least 5 different providers. Every time my provider has been changed (without warning) my recovery would suffer as far as short pill counts, foreign substances in my system, etc. I had a really good repore with my last provider(Monica) who too was placed in a different position. She is doing Tele Health now and no longer sees any patients. She worked wonders for me in my recovery process. It would greatly benefit me and my recovery if she were put back in charge of my care. I'm sure that I am not the only patient here who would benefit by her return. If a recovering drug addict is to be successful in their recovery then their care absolutely needs to be consistent. I'm not sure who is in charge of these decisions but, I don't believe they have the patient's best interest in mind. I mean not only are we your patients in need of care but ultimately, we are your customers. I for one, would like to get better customer service.
