I would give Fort Wayne recovery 10 stars if I could. Everyone staff member truly cares about your recovery and they teach you essential things about living a healthy life. There is absolutely nothing bad I could say about this place. I am truly grateful this program and would recommend it to any one who needs it. Thank you for all you’ve done Fort Wayne recovery.

Horrible experience they don’t listen to your symptoms and take matters into their own hands, rude to the patients the surgical team is super creepy, they busted my lip so bad when I was under sedation that I had blisters all over my lips, and they claim I had a bite guard in, the list goes on, I left AMA and will never be back!

An amazing facility that I have such deep gratitude for. I would highly recommend Northern Path to anyone needing to build a good foundation for their sober life in the community. Love you all.

Billing practices are in issue! Billed for services that never occurred three months after I left. This company has questionable billing practices, as by the evidence that I have below. I will be getting detailed information about what services were taken place and then comparing to what was billed. No stars! I asked the owner,” my insurance does not pay for room! How does that work, well I bill for x number of days for outpatient therapy .” I know for a fact, that doesn’t match the insurance protocol. The owner told me that I pay $100.00 per week and at the end of the stay, I get all of that back for room and board. That doesn’t make sense. I never paid that, and never got a bill. I will be calling my insurance company and ask if that is proper. Watch out for the fake reviews.

Avenues was a life saver. They will come and pick you up the very day you want to go which is just amazing. They allow you to get away from life and focus on rebuilding yourself. Having their very own medical staff to help with medications. Group every day allows for schedule practice. Also, allowing the first week for relaxing and detoxing. The staff have been in our place, most have been in these exact seats. So it goes without saying that they know how we feel. They are so sweet. Avenues has made a huge difference in my life. Thank you !
