Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Extremely unprofessional, they cancelled services because out of all the grief I am suffering I cried and then when I came back for some paperwork, the guy working the desk tried to fight me. Would not recommend.
Absolutely love this place. I actually called to get clarity on paper work and the receptionist heard in voice something was wrong. She talked a min and got me in for an appointment. And I seen Yolanda and she is fantastic. She listens she has such a kind heart but will tell me if I’m doing something I should. She builds me up and makes me pro Ise to stop putting myself down. She is absolutely amazing and the fact that they heard the hurt in my voice when I called and got me on schedule for the next day is amazing. My children also go to the same place and their therapist is amazing as well. He listens to them as individuals. So anybody needing someone this place worked wonders for me and my kids. My kids see Nick and he’s one in a million for my kids. They are love going.
I originally called and made an initial appointment for therapy, specifying that my partner saw a counselor at Phoenix but I couldn’t remember her name. I gave them my partner’s name and when they put me on the schedule they confirmed it was a different counselor. I had a great initial appointment and when I got home to share with my partner, we realized I had seen his counselor. When I inevitably got the call that I would need to be rescheduled for a different counselor, no explanation or apology was given. Then, after seeing a great counselor for months, I received a voicemail saying that they weren’t sure if I had known, but she no longer worked there and I would have to be rescheduled. In general, the front desk staff seemed standoffish and I had to get their attention and explain I needed to make another appointment in order to do so.
Caught the Supervisor of the visits letting the bio-parent take the child to the bathroom alone. Informed the office, Trey and Sean, they initially denied it happened, then blamed the bio parent for breaking the rule. I witnessed the whole situation and the Supervisor allowed them to walk out of the room alone.
I have 2 kids who were referred here. My youngest matched with a great counselor for him who was consistent. My oldest originally met with this counselor, but due to schedule, he was moved to a different counselor. This other counselor was constantly canceling the day of our appointments. Rescheduling became such a hassle, and we had to schedule months out to make up for these cancelations. And on the few occasions that this lady would show up for my son, she never reserved the ONLY play room for Play Therapy. She rarely communicated anything with me about my son's progress (probably because she rarely saw him) while the other therapist was consistent and followed up with me. It really wasn't fair to my oldest son and really made his anxiety worse. I have mixed feelings because right now, as a mom, I am upset for one son, but happy for the other. Currently a 3 star, unless something changes soon!! I've put in a request for a change of therapist, and the receptionists basically tell me she's all they got for our schedule unless I want to wait months to get him on schedule with my other son's therapist. It's such a hassle and if you need anything more immediate due to DCS or school, good luck!
the therapist here are great but the receptionist team is horrible on 4 separate accusations they’ve schedule my appointment on the therapist time off. all they do is sit back there and talk about the people that go there. this is an absolutely horrible receptionist team.
Bias and discrimination. As a man you will never earn or be given respect. They do not have your children's safety or mental well being a concerned at all. They allow unsafe visitation. If inappropriate and harmful behavior is happening they will not stop the visit although it says that in the DCS regulations. They allow visitation to happen even if it is clear that the parent is using drugs. Amy Cook is a very unpleasant person who discriminates again men. She gets into every decision made and pushes her opinion. A completely biased opinion. If you are sent there for visitation do everything you can to change providers. Stay clear. I would not want any man to have to go through what I did there.
Super friendly staff all around; from the front desk to the therapy room I feel cared for and respected!
