Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Difficult or near impossible to to get a message to the Dr. or to get a timely call back even when in crisis. When you walk in you can tell Parkview does not care about mental health just by looking at the waiting room. Not attractive or soothing. Stains on carpet. Furniture all against the walls with big open hollow center. No pictures or plants
Kristin (nurse) was very helpful with me over the phone while trying to figure out med issues.
It is clear that Parkview is not care all too much about mental health This is the fourth time they've let me go without my medication over the weekend even though I put it in on a timely manner and the simple fact of the matter is my psychiatrist let that place for a reason they're not doing what they're supposed to be doing and I'm about to leave and go someplace else. This place the joke find another place that your insurance will let you go for a while that's the only place my insurance would take and that's the reason why I was stuck there. They've moved appointments around on me and give me a days notice and expect me to keep up with them and then won't refill my medication because I didn't keep the appointment that they forced me to take that I never scheduled with them.
DBT IOP leaders do not care about you at Park center!! Actually they forget about you! The IOP leader said she would "check on me" through My chart "that night", due to how suicidal I was, the last day I was there, and the fact that I was leaving early because I was so triggered, due to others outbursts that was allowed and highly inappropriate and VERY triggering. Well, I waited all week that week & She NEVER checked on me, period!! I told them how I was treated horribly in area 4 and left early due to bullying by Martha, and they still showed so much lack of concern! When I did show up to "DBT IOP" no some showed up for me. These "treatments" are not existent and so is HELP at Park center. They took away walk in Wednesdays and all safe options for people to get real help. It's sad how you let us just fall right through the cracks!!
I only give this place 2 stars because I like my psychiatrist and the front desk people are much better than it was. I hate going to this place. It is the most depressing medical office I've ever been to. You walk in to a large waiting area with about 10 chairs all spread out. The chairs are literally torn up and very old. The walls are sterile white throughout the whole eerily empty office no warm welcome or pictures. So depressing it makes my mood much worse. Please parkview spend some money over here. Why is mental health being neglected?
I feel sorry for anyone who has had to put up with the legit crazy people that Park Center inflicts upon society. Some of these people should be in INPATIENT CARE, not outside doing horrible things to people and torturing/neglecting animals.
I feel disrespected by their staff after going here for a few years. Don't really want to go here ever again. Dr. K is a nice guy, though.
For your own sake, please avoid Karen Lothamer. She's very dismissive and interruptive when you're discussing your concerns to her! Coming from someone who has severe ideations, she's always beating around the bush instead of working on the issues directly. I've only seen her twice but I can tell this is not going to work out.
