I love the friendly staff. They're always in a good mood, they make me feel welcomed, and they handle any issues that I may have. They also have a barista that makes the best coffee ever! Overall I always have a great experience when I visit.

Really wish they still had Amanda, and Katie!! They really cared about their patients!!!

Clean slate has been a very great experience, The staff are very friendly and passionate very professional. I would most definitely recommend clean slate to anyone to start or continue treatment. Clean slate has made a very big positive impact on mine and my husband's life with continuing our recovery process. I think the nurses are very personable they showed genuine concern and care for the patients I'm grateful for clean slate and the staff it wasn't for them who knows where we would be at today thanks for all of the support

The recent adjustment that involves care source not being fully accepted at clean slate is a huge disappointment. I fear it will greatly impact the success of my recovery and have heard the same concerns from many other patients. To impede a person's recovery is one of the gravest of sins, immoral, unethical, and reprehensible among many other terrible things. It is greatly disappointing and unprofessional. We are not a statistic but human beings in desperate need of professional healthcare and support. This is tragic and a huge setback in mental healthcare at a time when it is desperately needed. The perpetrators of this vile change should be ashamed as well as punished. It's simply disgusting

This is a nice place that caters to Patients Recovery Needs and does so with Dignity and Respect. Your Business is just that Your Business. You are seen and attended to in a very timely manner and you’re not rushed, and You’re allowed to have a say so in your treatment and your opinions are considered before any treatment plan is put into place. The Staff are magnificent “SHOUT OUT TO KATIE, Amanda, and Jennifer” just to name a few because they’re all Great!
