NorthKey Community Care JE Willett Treatment Center

Scheduled an appointment in June, I called to confirm (now august) and they told me it was never even scheduled. Every time I’ve gone through northkey it’s an issue, weather it be billing my insurance, appointments not being scheduled, and a disorganized office which clearly doesn’t have their stuff together. I get so frustrated any time I need therapy, I feel like I need more therapy trying to get therapy through them. 0/10 don’t recommend

This is an awful place. If you’re having emotional problems, strong anger, and violent outburst don’t go here because this place will just lock you up. Their therapist and psychologist are very weak and can’t handle anger or angry people. A lot of their appointments you go to the place and then they give you a laptop and you go into a room and you have a zoom call with the therapist. The only reason I’m going there is to see the therapist in person I think it has more of a effect on you. This place is awful.

I was supposed to have an appointment there last week, they called and told me it was a zoom meeting, I called back and confirmed it was a zoom meeting, they sent me the link and everything.. I log on and the "dr" never shows up. I call and they tell me I was supposed to come into the office and now they have to reschedule me and can't get me in for 2 more months. There was zero remorse. This is why people end up in a mental health crisis. You finally get the courage to seek out help, and then they jerk you around.

my mom recently passed away and i really needed to talk to someone and my therapist canceled on me and said that shes switching positions and switching positions on me. now i have to get a new therapists, ive had to get switched to a new therapist over 5 times now ove thenpast 10 years and its mentally draining. i highly dont recommend going to northkey. ive finally broke all my walls down to the therapist i just had and she just left me. thanks northkey 😂 youve been such a great help. ive been going here for the past 10 years and im 17, the only reason why i even keep going back to northkey is because THEY DONT HELP. they need to start actually caring about the people who go, but i guess they never will.

RITA is TERRIBLE. wish I could give 0 stars. Patient needs and care are the least of staffs concern. Prescriber Rita is extremely unprofessional. Was scheduled with her twice both times arrived ON TIME to my appointment and she RITA chose to wait 15 minutes with me in the waiting room both times just to cancel. Very unprofessional, for someone who actually needs care and has to go out of their way to get to their appointments it’s very stressful to be canceled on because of the lack of someone else’s professionalism. If this is your job/ career you know people count on those appointments so it sad that people like this are in this profession. The experience I’ve had with them has honestly made me want to stay away from other places like this how can you care about mental health and wellbeing of others and constantly put that last. Very disappointed with my experience here.

Unprofessional and under qualified staff working. Better off calling a place more legit than someone who claims to be sober in AA and facing criminal charges.
