Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.

Is this your L&D nurse?
Please don't use there OB/GYN department. The worst service ever . The slowest service ever. The nurses are so disrespectful and ignorant. If you have a appointment expect to still wait at least 2 hours . No management to regulate some form of discipline in that department. They just do what they wanna do . Absolutely disgusting. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible
Brought my brother in as a stroke patient at 11:00am and it's 5:00pm We are still in the waiting room waiting to be seen. My brother is sitting here with pain in his chest, dizziness, an excruciating headache, unable to walk, and have weakness on his left side. I have asked the nurses station 10 times to send someone to come and check my brother out. They keep saying he will have to wait for a room and we have no rooms. They do not listen. They get smart with you and treat you like a number. Another lady told me she and a few other folks have been here for 15 hours!!! This doesnt make any sense! I will NEVER come back to this hospital Again!!!!

Medical Services for ALL. People
I was involved in a serious car accident. DeKalb County police and the ambulance took hours to arrive. Even after the ambulance arrived, it took hours to transport me to the hospital. When I finally arrived at Grady Hospital, I was left at the emergency entrance for over two hours, wearing nothing above my waist. Each time the door opened and closed, I was exposed to the cold and began freezing. I became sick as a result of this exposure. After more than two hours, I was finally seen by a doctor. However, I was never given a room. Instead, I was placed against a wall in a hospital corridor, where I remained all night until morning. All of this was done by DeKalb County Ambulance trainees and Grady Hospital employees. Another extremely frustrating issue involved patient registration staff, who appeared dismissive and unprofessional toward patients. I have legally changed my name. I clearly explained this and provided my valid driver’s license. Despite this, I was registered under the name “eastman2” with a date of birth of 01/01/1900. Throughout the night, doctors and nurses repeatedly called me by this incorrect name, which caused additional distress and frustration during an already traumatic experience.
Real quick and fast . I don’t care what anyone say Grady did the best the could for me even they couldn’t assist to their full potential they did the best they could especially in ER when I was going hell they NEVER treated me different . That’s just my personal opinion. Thank you Grady for being in my corner on the flip side.
I haven’t gotten any updates on my love one regarding his care. The operator Karen is rude and tried to be argumentative. One nurse stated he wasn’t there, I called back and Nurse Sheena answered and stated I’ll transfer to the room. Last I knew my love one was not able to have a full conversation yet. I called back and was transferred to the nursing station and Nurse Asha answered I gave her all the personal information to identify my love one for her to say she can’t give any updates and she will transfer me to the nurse than hung up. Each time I called there was loud laughter and loud conversation which didn’t sound like work related. Last time I spoke to anyone was Wednesday 1/21/26 and that was the social worker, whom informed me that she would have the doctor to call me. I still haven’t spoken to the doctor and no one else. This is frustrating when you live in a different state and trying to make sure your love one is being care for and you’re not getting answers. This is not a good look on a hospital when you have unprofessional behavior and piss poor employees working on the weekend.
