Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

One of the best places I would recommend to anyone having a mental health issue the nurses staff and people are amazing very considerate and very open
Everyone’s great there but I wish they hadn’t encouraged me to stay for treatment. One night cost me about 3.5K because insurance didn’t cover it. I can’t afford that, so, I mean— I may as well start drinking again. Am I right?
All the Doctors, nurses, and techs are all very helpful, nice, caring, knowledgeable and supportive. Very informative information from peer support specialist, Kevin. Would recommend Dr. Gabriellian and Dr. Farino. Know your patient rights before going in. Advocate for yourself and your concerns. It is a psych unit, so some patients are going through crises, and it sometimes could be scary. Great therapists and helpful, nice, caring, respectful staff. They have a lot of groups and activities like walks if you can go for walks.
It's a safe place to go detox. My problem was the face that they were so eradicate at medicating me it seemed like none of them knew what was going on and all of them refused to tell me what meducations I would be given and when I did finally find out they refused to tell me how regularly I would get my meds. The first night I got my meds all at different times after them fighting to figure out what meds I could take since I have low bloodbpresure.. They started me on subtex and then refused to tell me when it would dispensed after the dr said it was as needed 3 times a day but evrytime I asked for it they told me I would have to wait a few hours. I wasn't asking for it back to back I asked them how far the dose had to be apart and I wis told not to worry about it. I was trying to get a clear understanding and then the staff started being super rude just because I was trying g to get a clear picture of when I could expect medications instead of them leaving me in the dark when I was already super suffering from being in detox. so I checked out ama
If i could give this place 0 stars i would
Insanely sad, they only take people that are of harm to themselves or someone else. They sent my manic husband in a full blown Psychosis away on Saturday evening . Had to take him to the hospital Sunday morning that locked him in a room and sent him straight to Mallory again. They will medicate him on a hold and spit him out AGAIN!. Trying to find a place that will hold him and help him not just medicate and discharge home or to another facility that will do the same thing. This place unfortunately is a waste of time and when people come dead or murdered it’s probably because of this system. Super unfortunate. Maybe for detox it is better- it’s clean and some of the staff is nice but for mental health I do not recommend it.
ATTN MEGAN MARTINEZ: I just wanted to take a minute and recognize a few of the amazing staff members you have at Mallory Behavioral Health Center. The following people actually care about your well-being and it shows in their actions. The first person I encountered was Randall, one of the nurses. So professional and genuine. Gavin, therapist, very cool guy answered all my questions and wasn't bothered by my warped sense of humor. Hannah, peer support, put up with my constant questions and even helped to find me something to do during my stay. Alex, nurse. Super helpful and accommodating, well , as much as he could be! Manny, mental health tech, again, super helpful and accommodating. He had to deal with me at my most difficult time there and never once acted like it was a chore to help. Actually every single person I came across, with the odd exception or two, was very helpful and patient with me. Sam, the night nurse was fantastic, she even wanted to move me my 2nd night because she thought my "roommate" was keeping me awake! Rocio, nurse, put up with my many questions and requests. Also, Martha, Ruby, Isabel. And finally Liz. I don't remember her title but she handles the financial side of Mallory. She was unbelievably nice and so caring. She helped me fill out the forms, even called me after my release to keep me updated. She doesn't have to do that. All were/are first class people who really want you to succeed in facing and overcoming your demons. IF ANYONE WHO IS READING THIS NEEDS HELP WITH SUBSTANCE ABUSE, this is the place to seek it.
My experience was great. I went with my boyfriend and we both got clean and we are glad we came here. I do have a comment about the blue hair girl that works mostly in unit C, she got my boyfriends information while he was in the rehab, and when he got out, she looked him up on social media and messaged him inappropriate things. Your workers should not be getting patients info while they're detoxing and contact them outside of the facility, super odd and creepy. I'm sure shes hard to miss, unit C, blue haired girl probably in her 20's.
