I just recently completed the clear vision health and wellness program it was amazing from day one till my last day you guys saved my life. My girlfriend also appreciate everything that you guys done and thanks you guys for helping me and for with everything you do for the other clients love you guys thank you again

I was a resident at the Hazelton facility in Jan/Feb. Best decision I've made for myself in a long time. The staff is amazing. They truly care, are respectful, and understanding. The program includes a perfect mix of meetings, education, and enjoyable activities. I highly recommend if you're struggling. They changed my life. Thank you to the wonderful staff of CV - Jess B.

I would strongly not recommend ClearVision Rehab to anyone seeking help. My experience there was deeply disturbing and went against multiple policies and basic standards of care. During my time there, techs repeatedly failed to do their jobs and ignored serious concerns. I experienced sexual assault on the premises, which was ignored/witnessed by a tech named Five. Instead of being protected or supported, I was shamed and dismissed for speaking up about inappropriate behavior. One staff member in particular, Carl (a tech), made me extremely uncomfortable. He repeatedly took me to secluded places off camera to “talk”, which felt completely inappropriate in a treatment environment. During these interactions he told me that I “looked amazing,” which crossed professional boundaries and made my entire stay feel unsafe and uncomfortable, he also gave me his personal information . When I tried to raise concerns about these behaviors, Sue responded by laughing and shaming me for speaking up about the inappropriate conduct. That kind of reaction from staff is unacceptable in any treatment facility where patients are supposed to feel protected and supported. There were also serious violations of protocol. My driver, who was also a tech for the company, stopped at sheetz on the way to the rehab, allowing me to buy alcohol and drink on the way, which completely defeats the purpose of entering treatment and shows a shocking lack of professionalism and care. Even more concerning, anyone who tried to defend me or support me for speaking up was kicked out, while they kept people who stole and did other inappropriate things. The only positive part of my experience was Vi in the kitchen, who was the only person who made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and treated me with basic kindness. Overall, my time at ClearVision Rehab left me with more trauma than healing. No one seeking help should have to deal with being ignored, shamed, or made unsafe by the very people who are supposed to be there to help them. I wish there was a -0 option for this rehab. If your looking for more of a mental institution set up then this would be a good place to start.

They have great everything from then techs to the stuff

I don't like broken promises it reminds me of being a junkie and lost..... 9 months sober....... The reality is is that if you have Medicaid you can go to any other rehab in the world pyramid, White deer run, marworth, etc. Majority are better. Staff that will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to be able to get what they need and promises that are never fulfilled,. But the moment you leave you are totally forgotten about and chopped liver. I would recommend any other place preferably one that keeps their promises

This was hands down the best place I've been too and the longest I've been sober. The staff was amazing I fell off the wagon the last month do to family issues. I need to come back before I'm lost completelty my name is Paul Fran and I recommend everyone to to clear vision.
