Located near DART train and bus lines at Hatcher Station in Dallas, the facility supports adult men ages 21 and older, including veterans, those transitioning from treatment or recovery, and individuals reentering the community after incarceration. Residents live in a structured, drug- and alcohol-free environment and follow clear routines that emphasize personal responsibility, accountability, and community support. Residents share rooms with 2 people each. Daily Life and Skill Building Residents participate in Life as a Project, a daily life-skills framework that focuses on goal setting, budgeting, employment readiness, time management, and digital literacy. They have access to wifi and a shared kitchen for meal preparation and participate in housekeeping, peer check-ins, and weekly accountability meetings. The structured schedule helps men rebuild confidence, develop independence, and maintain stability to prepare for long-term housing and employment. Veteran Support and Community The program actively supports veterans by coordinating with Veteran Peer Networks, service organizations, and case managers to ensure smooth transitions to civilian life. Residents benefit from a peer-supported community that promotes brotherhood and responsibility, while the semi-private shared living environment allows them to practice structure, routine, and interpersonal skills in a safe, sober setting.
