Serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Ohio, MyStreetHealth provides outpatient buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder primarily through telehealth, with optional in-person visits available in Maryland. Patients must be physically located in a served state during appointments, and care is designed around continuity with the same physician throughout treatment. People Served in Five States Clients include adults with opioid use disorder (OUD) involving heroin, fentanyl, or prescription opioids, including those transferring from other Suboxone providers or returning after prior treatment attempts. The team also manages co-occurring depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and alcohol use disorder (AUD) when previously diagnosed. The practice is designed for people seeking medication-based treatment rather than program-based services. How Treatment is Delivered Services focus on buprenorphine (Suboxone and Subutex) prescribing, same-day evaluations, and ongoing medication management without insurance or mandatory counseling. Physicians set individualized dosing, send prescriptions electronically the same day when appropriate, and adjust visit frequency from early follow-ups to monthly once stable. Treatment includes structured clinical conversations using motivational interviewing during each appointment.
