I have to admit the first moment i walked into iris healing retreat i felt like i was able to exhale for the first time in a long time. It was like peace was in the air. It’s not only beautiful but it felt like a safe place from the beginning. Selah is amazing she is the kind of person you hope to meet on a journey of healing. She was present and felt like she truly cares for you. She really helped me feel safe, seen, and heard. I havnt felt that in a long time. Then there is chef Amanda. She is like a magician, and her wand is the spatula. Every meal she made was on some next level stuff. Healthy, for sure. But i absolutely wanted more. You feel the love and intention in every bite. I came to iris to heal, and that’s what i got and then some. I left lighter, clearer, and more connected than i think i have ever felt. It’s not only the people, of the serene surroundings, but it is the entire thing and how they all work together.
