Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Rileys is the best for peds.
Can only comment about the Riley Outpatient Center. All providers, nurses, and staff were great to work with and friendly. Make sure to check out the Ronald McDonald Family Room next to the library for snacks and a quiet place to sit.
Do not come here they did my child wrong and left his arm broken.
no words ♥️
On January 14, 2026, my child presented to the pediatric emergency department with an asthma attack and breathing difficulty. Upon arrival, she vomited due to hypoxia. Multiple staff members laughed, called others over to observe, and delayed assistance. We clearly informed the care team that we did not have a nebulizer or asthma medication at home. Despite this, my child was discharged without medications being prescribed or called in, even after follow-up attempts. This experience reflects serious failures in professionalism, pediatric care, and patient safety, and has left my child afraid to return for emergency care. Additionally, the organization has not attempted to rectify the situation outside of regurgitating inaccurate statements on the matter. My child is now afraid of returning, for fear of being mocked again.
The entire staff of the hospital, from the ER all the way to the 9th floor where he was admitted were very kind, courteous and absolutely professional. The wonderful doctors, Nurses Sara, Renee, Kevin and Morgan. They all really do care. The doctors, the nurses the people that brought him games and items for paintings, they are all awesome. The cleaning lady, X-ray techs, thank you all so much!
My child died here, whilst I’m grateful for some of the staff, we experienced the worst treatment we’ve ever experienced in a medical facility. From being yelled at by a charge nurse for pump parts being by the sink(she could have kindly told me, I had no idea it was a problem, a freshly post partum mom that just had to drive over an hour after a precipitous labor to be with their dying child, really could have used some kindness), to being from out of town and told the only way our parents could come back to the room was if we agreed to stop care. Our child was receiving cooling treatment. All this after they refused to let us delay vaccines to careflight. My oldest had seizures after hers and I wanted to wait. That didn’t matter. Nothing mattered. If I could do it over again I would have called a different hospital. Not just because they didn’t respect me or listen to my concerns but also one of their charge nurses yelled at me about pump parts being by the sink(I had just washed them..), they went from saying our parents could come to saying they couldn’t unless we signed off on care. That alone felt so malicious and backwards. I broke down sobbing because it genuinely seemed like they changed their mind because I had pump parts by the sink. Truly the most demonic, darkest, experience I’ve ever felt in my life. Then four nurses came and a different nurse and they wouldn’t give us the other ladies name. I would have pushed the issue because this place needs accountability but I was exhausted and didn’t understand the psychological bs I was dealing with at the hands of people who were supposed to be helpful. How do you tell someone their child’s dying, and tell them they can’t have their parents with them you don’t think their baby will make it regardless. Like it didn’t make sense. The bull crap we dealt with was disgusting during an already horrible time. I wish it on no one. It felt like the twilight zone. Only go here if you don’t want your rights to be respected, and if you wanna be treated like dirt during the worst moments of your lives. They called an hour later. We told them we couldn’t talk so they called back an hour later it was to ask for organ donations after already being told no. The whole experience was really ruined by this hospital. The final days with my child were tainted by unprofessional, evil medical staff. Like it could have been really sad and still really magical, but instead that was taken from us. Grateful for the glimmers we had as there were a few top notch nurses that were genuine and kind. I am grateful I got to hold my child and pour love into them. I would be more grateful had I been respected as a person, a parent, a patient, all of the above by more than just our direct nursing staff and priest.
I have nothing but, positive things to say about this hospital. But, there's always that one small thing. I do love the fact that my sons surgery wasn't scheduled til 1030am and they got him back by 930. It was supposed to be a 4 hr surgery and was only an hr and a half! Very impressive. Dr. Cordez did an amazing job. They kept me updated on everything going on. It was alittle disheartening to hear he would possibly have to go back to surgery but, I understand things happen. We stayed overnight when we wasn't supposed to but, that's ok. The only thing I didn't particularly like is you have to buy a food tray even if you're the patients only guardian but, hey you have to make money somehow. They do have a Ronald McDonald house that offers free meals and snacks so can't complain.
