Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

It's absolutely pathetic that with the amount of funding RHA has gotten over the last 10 years they have turned out to be exactly what you would expect: Petty, inconducive to progress/useless, spiteful, and injust general assessment, really IS another unimaginative bureaucracy where a handful of do-gooders turn dark and begin destroying the patients that they are assigned to heal. That how there's nobody in the lobby all days of the week.
This place was very helpful for men when I was in a bad spot
During my recent participation in your inpatient program, I felt it was important to provide comprehensive feedback, particularly concerning the interactions that occurred when I decided to withdraw from the program. My experience, especially during the process of requesting to sign myself out, brought to light several areas of concern regarding staff conduct and program focus. I perceived a notable absence of professionalism, understanding, and guidance from certain individuals. While I recognize the demanding nature of supporting individuals in recovery, the manner in which my decision was handled and the subsequent communications left me feeling that my concerns were not adequately acknowledged or addressed with the level of empathy and professional expertise I would anticipate from a facility dedicated to therapeutic care. Specifically, when I conveyed my intention to discontinue my enrollment, there appeared to be a significant disconnect regarding the program's fundamental objectives. My articulation of the program's purpose, as I understood it to be tailored for individuals recovering from “SUBTANCE ABUSE”… During my time there, it was explicitly communicated by Mr. Sam, a counselor, that the majority of the facility's resources are predominantly allocated to individuals undergoing treatment for "SUBSTANCE ABUSE." This communication immediately raised questions about the program's suitability for my specific needs, given that my challenges are not “SUBSTANCE ABUSE”. Furthermore, despite clear assurances upon my admission that I retained the autonomy to leave at any time, my decision to transition to an outpatient program was met with alarming resistance. My request to be signed out and pursue outpatient care instead of inpatient was inexplicably countered with the assertion that I was "a danger to myself and others." This drastic shift in assessment, occurring precisely when I expressed my desire to depart, felt entirely retaliatory and inconsistent with the initial understanding of my treatment terms. Compounding these issues, I experienced instances where my statements and intentions were demonstrably misrepresented or selectively interpreted by staff. This deliberate distortion of my words led to a profound sense of distrust and significantly undermined the therapeutic environment. It is also important to note that proactive counseling was conspicuously absent. Had I not personally sought out Mr. Sam to request a discussion, no counselor had approached me for a session throughout my stay, indicating a notable lack of attentive and engaged support. These experiences have left me deeply concerned about the professional conduct and patient care standards at your facility. Ashley
The worst place ever, went in feeling bad, left feeling worse about myself. They did nothing but add a headache in my life… How you come for help, but they add to the problem for no reason? I have recordings of how nasty your team is and I will be filing a complaint.
This place is a horrible nobody on Actt never picks up there phone anymore and nobody answers at the front desk this place needs to be investigated by the state and get shut down
Its really ashamed this place has 2 stars because they stay open 24 7 to help people in need. This place is wonderful for our community and without this place so many people would not have had the help they need. Thank you guys for what you do, you have help many people i know and we appreciate u
The unprofessionalism is unreal. I needed support after Helene, I lost my home and they somehow decided that I’m an addict? I lost my home to addiction apparently and I’m in denial? No ma’am. I lost my home an income to a natural disaster, which would make anyone a mess. I completely regret ever reaching out to them. what way to put salt on the wound!, what a clown show.. p.s. I have a friend with severe mental health issues and is on disability, and is also very pretty… one of the counselors kept asking her out and gave her his personal cell phone number, they met up outside and he kept offering to “help” her so whatch out for predatory practices all around
My therapist didn't believe in the things I have been through! I've been told to seek therapy but what good is it if I'm not believed so I'm not helped.
