Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

This was an excellent pediatric clinic for mental health until a nursing staff change last fall 2023. Never as a parent have I felt more judged, unheard, or not listened to by a nurse. When needing a medication adjustment for a prescription my child had not started yet, I was hung up on twice while trying to communicate to the doctor. As well multiple times the nurse told me she would call right back. But didn’t follow through. The pediatrician psychiatrist left last winter without any notice to patients. We couldn’t get my sons medication for ADHD for school. It greatly impacted our lives in a very negative way when asking for supplemental emergent care for group therapy. The therapists and social workers are excellent so the behavioral health team is good, very empathetic with children and families. The nursing staff not so much, which is critical for medication therapy.
Was referred by my new doctor to here to get second opinion about getting my meds, 4 appointments and 3 weeks later they tell me they can't do anything but prescribe me a drug that doesnt work for me. Thank you guys so much for wasting my time giving me the runaround.
Originally I really loved this place. The front desk staff are always very friendly, the lady I saw for my initial intake was great, and the two therapist I ended up seeing for a few months were honestly the only therapist I've ever felt like listened and cared. Now to the iffy and bad stuff. The woman psychologist is pretty stand offish, doesn't particularly listen to you, lives in a land of privliage and delusion ignoring that most of the clientele here is going to be on the poorer side. She gives medical advice outside of her means and practice. She also words things in her notes that frankly I find offensive and disgusting. I was put down for alcohol and substance abuse which I do not have. To make matters worse after they made policy changes I was put in touch with a case manager. Who flat out said you are on medicaid and we don't get paid enough for you.
Social workers masquerading as therapists and peddler psychiatrists literally grading patients on "religiosity", this dual diagnosis clinic formally known as Wishard Midtown consists of spiritual pseudoscience and religious based 12-step program philosophy and culture. Complete with daily prayer as part of their program and homophobic to the point of attempting to convert LGBTQ+ people. It took years to scratch the surface of CBT and they never got into DBT, only mentioned in passing because they have no staff that's truly knowledgeable in these areas. Doctors will cut you abruptly off your medicine if they don't like who you are a person or accept their advances. State sponsored victimization at its finest!
Muy bueno para terapia
Gracias no tengo palabras,la terapeuta que tiene mi hija muy linda muy educada, gracias Conaway Melissa desde que entras a ese lugar son educados
I completely love this place and their programs are all designed to help you get sober, you just have to utilize the help that they offer, but it's the best place that I have had with all their counselors that talk to you and they genuinely want you to succeed, and they do everything that they can to make sure that you succeed. They truly care about you and your sobriety, All you have to do is follow through and do what they have laid out for you.
You guys have been a very important part of my recovery and I must say my experience from the psychiatrist to the therapist and the group facilitator are all wonderful at what they do and I want to move to another state but I don't think I will find the level of care and professionalism I've received at midtown.
