Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

AWFUL
Can't return phone calls or answer the phone calls. Once complain publicly they will say they can't treat you. They'll give you a felonious reason. But yeah.
I strongly recommend anyone looking for medicine related services look elsewhere. If you have no other options, I'd recommend at least don't see Katherine McKinnon. It was an overall bad experience. During my first appointment since giving them a second try, I was told upfront by her that she doesn't prescribe any 'controlled substances' including the anxiety medicine I had been taking for a couple years prior to having to change doctors due to insurance issues. Since she wouldn't prescribe the medicine I normally took for panic attacks, I reluctantly agreed to try a daily medicine that could potentially prevent or lessen the severity of panic attacks. After about a week of almost feinting many times a day and having several more major panic attacks, including one that ended in the hospital, I stopped taking the medicine. During the second appointment, when a client was leaving, they stopped in the hallway right next to me and loudly stated something along the lines of 'The Adderall doesn't seem to be working'. Which confused me because Adderall is 'Schedule II' and considered much more dangerous. So when I went into my second appointment, I tried explaining what was happening with my anxiety and how the medicine she prescribed made my anxiety worse, but I was met with complete apathy and indifference. Then she eventually acted clueless and asked me 'Well is there anything you know works?' so I told her 'Yeah... Lorazepam stops my panic attacks' and I even reiterated that I had a prescription before seeing her. But she just confirmed she's not going to prescribe a controlled substance and instead started recommended other kinds of daily medications. As she was reading out the side effects of one she wanted to prescribe instead, she mentioned it has a low chance side effect of causing swelling of the throat and a fatal rash. At that point, I realized I was talking to someone who didn't listen to anything I was saying, who didn't care that I had proven myself to be responsible with medicine over the years, who didn't care that I've been dealing with severe panic attacks that are not only effecting me, but those around me. After hearing her other patiently loudly announce how to everyone how they were doing with the Adderall (A controlled substance II, on the list along with with Fentanyl and Cocaine) and then having her disregard all my concerns about trying new medicine when I had one that had been helpful for years, I had to politely leave. I don't know if it's one of those situations where she was judging me and assuming I wasn't responsible enough to continue taking the medication I had been taking, or if perhaps she only prescribed controlled substances to people she personally liked, or if there's some other deal happening. But regardless, it was an extremely frustrating experience and a hopeless feeling dealing with her, and I feel robbed of my time. So now I'm looking elsewhere for services, and if you have other options, I strongly recommend you consider those first. Especially if your health problems are dire. You can't afford to waste time like I did. To anyone in a bad spot. I hope you keep pushing. If you're reading these reviews because you've been crushed by the apathy of those you've looked to for help, don't let these negative experiences discourage you. There are people in the mental health space who truly care and want to help. It might take you a few tries, but that's very normal, so don't give up.
Amazing, friendly staff. Would highly recommend Core Health.
I went into core health Centralia and filled out the stack of papers for my daughter to get an intake appointment. After doing so they called me and scheduled her intake appointment. The appointment has been canceled twice over the last almost two months a few days before the appointment each time. They said the intake person is out of the office. Fast forward to today 2/13/2025 my daughters intake appointment which I was told was a phone appointment. (I specifically asked when they rescheduled her as I thought a phone appointment was odd and she confirmed yes phone appointment) Well I get a call five minutes after the appointment time asking if I was having trouble logging in. I explained that I was told phone appointment and never received a log in. This intake lady said it was sent the same day and I checked again and no email. I was told we can reschedule and that she was actually a supervisor and would be addressing what I was telling her so it doesn’t happen again. She also said she had been out the last two weeks with the flu and she is the only one who does intakes. It’s been almost two months not two weeks they have been canceling on us. I will add that she was very short and cut me off every-time I spoke. Her customer service skills were poor at best and It was very rude. We have decided to take our services elsewhere. This place has been a huge waste of our time and my child could have been seen elsewhere by now. I do not recommend Core heath as I feel they lack care and importance for one’s mental health. This office is a mess.
CORE health has been absolutely perfect. They have helped me immensely and gone above and beyond to make sure I get appointments on time. I would recommend them for SUD and for counseling services. They are friendly, and really work with you to get you help. Thank you to all the staff!
Don’t waste your time. I walked in trying to get help, all they did was give me a stack of papers with if bunch of questions. All they didn’t explain the process and set up an appointment just to push it back because I don’t have insurance. All they want is to bill insurance. They have no real interest in helping people. Find a better place if you need true help.
To many appointments they called to cancel most not until the morning of among other issues
