I had a procedure done three days as part of my regular health management. I was nervous because I have never had anesthesia, no surgeries, no stitches, no broken bones… I have been blessed. But this scope procedure has me scared. Scared of the unknown, scared of what they might find. I met so many wonderful caring people during my appointment. Every person involved in my procedure introduced themselves to me, explained their part in the process and genuinely wanted to help me relax and understand each step. Every person was caring and concerned for me, I wasn’t treated like a number. We talked and joked and I learned so much that day. Then I spoke to my doctor, Doctor Haider. What a wonderfully intelligent person with a true bedside manner that made me instantly trust his lifelong experience. The procedure went exactly as it was described to me. All the steps were complete smoothly. It was amazing watching a dozen people coordinate in such an efficient way while still being attentive to the patient and caring towards one another. The group of pros in the surgical room with me were so entertaining and knowledgeable they should have there own podcast at the very least. The Baptist people made the biggest difference on one of the scariest days of my life. I can’t say enough good things about this team, they were so cool I think I’d like to work with them! Thanks team you made my colonoscopy super easy and even a little fun❤️

I had a radiology test scheduled with Baptist. All was well until the appt was moved to an earlier date, which was at my request. No issue there. Was actually great news to have the test moved up because I had already waited nearly a month. The employee explained to me that once the appt was moved to the earlier date, if I had to reschedule, they were booking out to the following month. I checked with work and was able to move the appt. Great news, once again. Ten mins later I get a call from the central scheduling employee explaining she booked me in a "stat" slot. Which was not allowed. During our previous conversation she understood I was losing my secondary insurance so it had to be done in the time frame that was initially scheduled. She did not seem the mind the trouble she had created for me. She was extremely rude and not willing to admit she had made a mistake. I asked for a supervisor after she was continuously rude and kept cutting me off. She put me on hold for a while, came back and stated she was about to get me in at the hospital for the test, which opened another mess with my insurance because they only approved my test at a non hospital setting. End of story, I did not get my test due to her mistakes. I called two weeks ago requesting to speak to a supervisor. I was sent to a mailbox for a Marcia in Lexington that NEVER returned my call. For these reasons I will try my best to avoid Baptist (facilities and phychians)at all cost. They clearly don't care about how their employees treat consumers or the fact that that employee was going to cost me thousands had I not found another facility(NON BAPTIST).

Worst experience ever with the hospital left worse than when I came. Ronnie Pridemore was the Dr. The P.A Katie Chheang. Had to ask. They sent me home, puking no nauseated med. Then they said they were not doing anything else. Ugh I hate this hospital. Need to find another. Would give it a negative score. Long wait. Seen my nurse once. Asked for ice she said yes an nothing......

My complaint is against the radiology staff/department. On 4/10/2026 during the CT process, when they were giving me a saline injection, I told them that it burned and you could clearly see that the fluid did not inject easily because they had to start and stop several times. Each time I told them that it hurts and burns. They dismissed my pain and concerns telling me that the tape around the injection site must be pulling at my arm. I screamed in pain when I was forced to raise my arm above my head to go into the CT machine and that was dismissed as well. I was told that when they started to inject the contrast, if it hurts, to scream and they would hear me. When the injection started, I screamed immediately and that was dismissed. I screamed during the CT and was crying and begging for them to stop. They only stopped because I was moving and couldn't get a good image. They caused an IV Infiltration and pushed all that contrast directly into the tissue in my arm (100+ ML) and them tried to gaslight me the whole time (See Photo). I believe the initial saline to test the injection site also went into my the tissue in my arm. I begged for them to take it out immediately and they refused to listen. I have given birth 4 times and was a near fatal car accident that resulted in my leg hanging by the skin and still have never experienced that level of pain. When the nurse came in, they attempted to gaslight him as well, making statements such as "less than 20 MLs went in." As well as contradicting statements such as "I don't see the contrast in the scan" to "I only see a little bit" and back to "I don't think any went into her vein." They were completely dismissive and negligent. I attempted to file a formal complaint with the hospital and was ignored. I was told I would be released without further care by the nurse practitioner. Soon after, I was told by the Charge nurse that I would have to have needles placed in my arm to remove all the fluid because the contrast can cause major health issues such as tissue breakdown and necrosis. Then a half hour later, she comes in and says when she tried to order the procedure, she was told by the pharmacist that they no longer remove the fluid. The pharmacist? I asked for the names of the people in the Radiology department and was told by the nurse that the Charge Nurse has to assist another patient and would return. She never returned. What they don't know is that I've worked in an executive HR capacity for major hospitals for over 10 years. I know hospital procedure when events like this take place. They're trying to cover up what happened and it's not going to work. I know how to proceed without them, and will. My arm is massively swollen and in pain. There will be no cover up. I tried to work with them to seek some type of reprimand for the Radiology Department staff, now I'll work above them. If I lose my arm to necrosis, if I experience tissue or nerve damage, my name will be on that hospital.

I went in because my disc was stuck in my back and causing sciatica issues. I could stand straight. From the time my sister got me to the front er doors and she went in grabbed a wheel chair a nice police officer ask if she needed help. Then once I was in the chair the security guard came abd pushed me in. The front desk was quick and I only had to wait like 5 minutes to get back in the room. Triage came in got me set then nurse came in and maybe 30 minites after all this i saw the np and we had a plan set. Everyone was nice and very decisive. Note when I came in it was around 10 pm and left about 2. After my meds they just let me rest and enjoy the relief for about an hour before coming in and checking my bp and telling me about my prescription they were ordering. My np was Mary Simpson and I want to say my nurse was Melanie didnt get her last name. Both were on the ball and made me feel like they really were doing their best to get me back in working order. My first time being seen at this hospital. My over all review is I had a good visit and if I ever am in thw area and I have to go to the er I will not be as nervous. Thank you
