I didn’t think I was gonna get the help that I needed, but to my surprise, not only was I able to get the tools and time to process my past trauma, I was also able to find ways to help if something negative ever came my way. The foods great and all of the staff, both the techs and the food staff are superb and accommodating.

Amazing Place!! I feel so much better about myself and my recovery due to this facility. Shout Outs to Margarita, John, Luke, Helen, Genevieve, Whom neither are mean like one of the previous reviews stated! If you go there with an open mind, open heart, and are READY for sobriety and a long lasting community of help, THAT'S WHAT YOU WILL GET!!! AMAZING PLACE. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the treatment my family member, Michael, received during his recent admission to Stone River Treatment Center. Michael presented to your facility seeking help for alcohol dependence, specifically for medically supervised withdrawal. During his stay, he was kept isolated in a room for over three hours without medication or clear explanation while experiencing alcohol withdrawal symptoms. I was informed that medication was being withheld until he registered a 0.0 blood alcohol level. I find this practice deeply concerning. Alcohol withdrawal can begin while alcohol is still present in the bloodstream, and delaying medical intervention places patients at unnecessary risk. Requiring a 0.0 BAC before initiating withdrawal management raises serious questions about the purpose and safety of a treatment center that is intended to provide medical support during detoxification. As a result of this experience, Michael left the facility and is now attempting to wean himself off alcohol without medical supervision—an outcome that could have been prevented with appropriate and timely care. Yes and he signed a contract which requires him to pay $800 even though they did nothing but an assessment. I respectfully request clarification on the following: • Your protocol for managing alcohol withdrawal • The rationale for delaying medication until a 0.0 BAC is reached • Whether this practice aligns with accepted medical standards for detoxification Families place significant trust in treatment centers during vulnerable moments. This experience undermined that trust and may have placed my loved one at risk. I would appreciate a written response addressing these concerns and outlining any steps your facility is taking to ensure patient safety and appropriate withdrawal management.

I have loved my time in Stone River. The staff, the clients, and the food are all 10/10. My therapist was understanding and helped me through my deeper issues. I would absolutely recommend this facility as a safe space to heal and recover.

This place is awesome, the counselers are the best. The kitchen staff are so nice along with the other staff. Anything I needed was given to me.

Working with Chris Fahey and the Stone River community has been a great experience for us. Chris has always been supportive and easy to work with, and we truly appreciate the partnership. We look forward to continuing to grow together!

I went to Stone River recovery and actually got three recovery that I have been looking for for such a long time. I’ve been through different facilities and different treatments and gone through so many different kinds of programs on my life and this was the only program that ever really helped me from the counselor I had Helen into all the counselors there that helped me Christina and John and everybody else has been so helpful and welcoming, warming, and beneficial to my recovery and John the alumni coordinator has been nothing but great helping me with jobs mock interview interviews what to say and interview interviews helping me find a job giving me places to apply to etc. I have nothing but a wonderful experience. Arron would recommend this to as many people as possible and still do I still show up to the alumni every Thursday to share my story because it truly is a miracle I’ve not thought about using our converting back to my old life since I left there.

I spent 21 days at Stone River Recovery Center in June for mental health treatment, and I can honestly say it was a life-changing experience. The facility is clean, comfortable, and gives you the freedom to move around and find the space you need to focus on recovery and self-improvement. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and supported. The BHAs truly care, and it shows every single day. What really stood out to me is that everyone — from maintenance to leadership — clearly cares about their work and about the people here. That kind of culture is rare. Their Veterans Team deserves special recognition. They didn’t just check boxes — they showed up. They surrounded me with real support and stayed locked in until I made it through. As a veteran, that level of follow-through matters. The therapists are some of the best I’ve ever worked with. Professional, empathetic, and genuinely invested in helping me move forward. If you’re looking for a supportive environment with a team that actually cares about your progress, I highly recommend Stone River. I’m grateful for the experience and would encourage anyone considering this place to give it a chance.
